Beautiful house - great location

The house and furnishings are fantastic - the kitchen is well appointed. The pool is small but perfect for the kids - we stayed in December and paid for heating the pool which was so worth it. Incredibly high ceilings - and bedrooms are situated so that you can’t hear a thing from the living area. All bedrooms are upstairs. Across the street from the path to the beach. Hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Vintage Beach Cottage. The cottage was cute and close to the beach. Short walk to main activities of Seaside, but we didn't mind the walk. The cottage was perfect for four adult and one child.

The condo we rented is very clean & homey. Fully equipped with everything we would need in the kitchen & bathrooms. Any questions we had were answered promptly by management. The beach is a paradise with soft white sand & crystal clear water full of sea life. There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the beach but its great exercise!

We came to Carlton to celebrate a dear friend’s 50th birthday and upcoming nuptials. We toured nearby wineries and ate in downtown Carlton. The house was perfect for our group of 7. The house was beautifully designed and had the perfect layout for our group. We had the best time and highly recommend this house!

It was great for me and my family!!! We expended the majority of the time in the beach due to the weather was excellent and the temperature of the sea was optimal for swim. The place was clean, well prepared and it was above that we expected. We will definitely do it again!
