Meet iTrip® Pagosa Springs Managers

Jaimi and Mark Groothuis own and operate iTrip® Pagosa Springs located in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado.

Mark and Jaimi first visited Pagosa in 2020 and immediately fell in love with its beauty and charm, resolving to live there one day. That dream became a reality when they purchased iTrip® Pagosa Springs at the end of 2022.

Originally from California where Jaimi was a partner at a law firm and Mark a former Marine Sea-Knight pilot and AP Physics teacher, they now call Pagosa Springs home and enjoy helping homeowners and vacationing guests have the best experience possible in Colorado.

When not managing vacation rentals, Jaimi and Mark love skiing, hiking and all of the great outdoors that Pagosa has to offer. You will often see them around town or playing in the river with their blue merle border collie, "Commander Geordi", and three rescue dogs "Livi", "Wally" and "Sadie". They are always happy to share their favorite activities and local spots with guests!
