The private balcony looks over the resort style pool (one of two), and is spacious enough for dining, evening drinks, or morning coffee.

With a King size bed in the master suite, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen sleep sofa in the living room, there's plenty of space for the whole family. Complement that with the comfortable living room area, the full kitchen and spacious dining area, and the condo is well setup for some fabulous Florida memories.

A perfect place

We stayed in 611N and it was perfect. The view of the ocean and pool is wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed and all rooms were very clean. Only suggestion would be to have newer beach chairs available to take to the beach.

My family of 3 plus my 14 year old daughter's friend stayed here for our spring break. This condo was overall fantastic- clean, comfortable, great views, and right on the beach. The iTrip staff were very responsive to the very few minor questions we had- it was super easy to just reply to the welcome text they sent the day our trip started. We liked that there is an electronic door lock, so no need to keep track of keys. The girls spent a lot of time at the pool; the adults did not because it was always crowded and the dreaded chair reservers were out by 830-9 every morning (even though there is a sign that clearly says no reserving allowed, the building managment, which is different than iTrip, didn't enforce this). Previous guests left behind beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and various beach toys. It was great having a washer/dryer in unit (the dryer takes some figuring out, we finally got it to fully dry a load by setting it on the timed setting at 70 minutes). There is a Publix a mile down the street (we drove so had our own vehicle), St. John's Pass boardwalk (shops and restaurants) is an easy half mile walk. We would definitely book this unit again the next time we go to St. Pete.

Treasure Island Condo 611N

We were disappointed with the furnishings in this condo. The condo advertised it could sleep 6. There were only 4 bowls and 3 small plates in the kitchen. No pizza pan or potholders. The cooking pans were warped. Knives were dull. The inside of the dryer was rusty and took a LONG time to dry clothes. The furniture condition wasn't what I expected. The pools were nice and the view was great. Maintenance was going on while we were there. It was loud.

Beautiful sunsets, perfect space for our family

We stayed late Sept into Oct and had a wonderful vacation as a family of 3. It was the perfect size condo with direct access to the beach and very well maintained resort style pool areas. We had beautiful sunsets every night and enjoyed the on site cafe for lunch one day and the on site bar for drinks at the pool. The beach is absolutely beautiful, not covered in seaweed like many Florida beaches. Our unit had a couple beach chairs, an umbrella we never ended up using and plenty of beach toys. It was a great stay and we will be coming back!

The condo is beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable, pillows were fluffy. Sunsets were magnificent. My sister and I will be back. May even bring my husband next time. Lol. It was a great two week vacation.

We enjoyed this top floor condo at Sunset Vistas. The condo was very clean, had all the essentials with a great patio overlooking the beach and pool. Sunset Vistas is conveniently located on the beach within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check in and check out process was very easy and the owners were easily accessible if we needed them which we had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this condo!

This condo suited our needs perfectly for our girls trip. Location and amenities were wonderful. The management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions we had. I don't know why you would stay anywhere else while visiting treasure island.

The condo we stayed was just as pictured…great location and amazing view! And the customer service was top notch…any time we had a question, we received an immediate response and the team was kind enough to drop off an extra hairdryer and beach chair for us with hours of our request. The condo was very clean and updated, with kudos to the fully stocked kitchen! It’s close to multiple restaurants and attractions. We were very impressed with the condition and upkeep of the resort. However, we were extremely disappointed with the amount of times the pool area was closed. The pool was closed at least 7 times in our 10 day stay due to various reasons .

The unit fit my family’s needs perfectly (myself, husband, 2 year old, 7 year old). Appliances and furnishings are nicely updated. Easy/convenient access to beach and pool. We liked that there is a kiddy pool. Beach isn’t too crowded. Easy access to lots of restaurants/activities. We really liked the designated parking spot (haven’t had this at similar places, just had to hope something was available). We made a few small meals in the unit and had what we needed.

We spent the past week at this condo and it was nothing short of amazing! It has the perfect view of the beach. The sun rises from the opposite side of the condo so you can spend your morning relaxing on the balcony without the sun in your eyes. The beds are comfortable, and has plenty of extra blankets/pillows if needed. The kitchen has all the things you would need. The only thing I would say is if you are bringing small kiddos like us, bring them their own cups. The condo only has glass cups. The condo has beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels which was nice. You get one parking spot, but there is space for guest parking. The pool was perfect for us to relax after being on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo!

We stayed only for a weekend but wish it could of been longer. The place was exactly as we expected. The unit was clean and updated. We loved hanging out at the beach and being so close to restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass.

This is our second time here and we will be back again in March. I do think that a few fine touches would make it even better. Additional kitchen things (very low stock), decent beach chairs, and an umbrella would be nice. Otherwise, it’s great.
