This is was a delightful vacation. We thank the manager and owner who keep this unit particularly clean, comfortable and stocked with all we could ever need. We all enjoyed the view and while some days were quite cool, we were able to stay on the large balcony hidden from the high winds but still with such a pleasant view of the beach and gulf. Since this unit is on the south side, it was more wind-sheltered from the friends we had on the north side. We also enjoyed the great cable channels and having 6 large beach towels was such a nice perk. Also, my kids tell me that the sofa bed was THE most comfortable they have ever slept in! Also, quality towels and sheets are often overlooked.. these were certainly of high quality.. nice and soft!! Thanks for everything! We hope to come back.

I've stayed in many condos all along St. Pete Beach/Clearwater/Treasure girlfriends call me a condo snob... LOL. Out of the many I've stayed in, this has been THE BEST one of them all. The location is wonderful. You don't need a car because there are restaurants and shops in walking distance along the road. You are literally steps from the beautiful beach and the sand is so soft. You're also the same amount of distance to the pool, and you can see the beach from the pool -- the pool is on a boardwalk bordering the beach. There's a cute beach bar with great alcoholic beverages at fair prices that you can have, a great gym, nice washer/dryer in the unit. The view from the unit is AMAZING and you have your own private balcony too! Great sunset views and you can practically hear the ocean. The beds were comfortable, pillows were soft, and everything was in clean and pristine condition when we arrived. Worth every penny and I will be booking again here!

Everything was great. Furnishings and amenities were just as described. We did not expect the full service gym but were so happy to make use of it . Comfortable beds including a comfortable sofa bed which is hard to find . Great view from balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. Thanks for having us. Thanks to the management team for helping.

Loved unit 201 South! The location was excellent and easy access to pool and beach, not noisy either... just perfect. This was a very large, fully stocked and upscale unit on the beach with great balmy views of the gulf and the beach. We had every comfort of home we can imagine and more. The condo was decorated well and the amenities were all we needed... and more. The balcony was quite large and comfortable for those sunset beverages. The guest bedroom was far enough away from the master Bedroom and so we all had our privacy. The bathrooms are large and the tub was big enough to actually take a bath. Nice towels and bedding provided. Looking forward to next time, hopefully soon.

This was a great find for us. Just as advertised. Very clean in a very nice suite hotel-resort. Great location on the beach, a decent view of the beach. We were on the side of the building. The apartment was very quiet. There is a convenience store across the street and good restaurants in walking range. There is a Publix about a mile away. There is a cafe where you can get sandwiches and breakfast on site and the people there are very nice. The building is older but well cared for. One of the toilet handles was broken when we arrived but we texted the number provided and Jeff did an excellent job fixing the problem within an hour of calling. We would book here again.

The check in was a little confusing. Having booked the property through HomeAway it wasn't clear that the ITrip emails had the access information. This was quickly resolved with a phone call. The condo itself was spotless. The beds were comfortable, the beach towels and chairs a convenience, kitchen well equipped. We ate breakfast at the cafe which was reasonably priced and the staff friendly. The location was great: right on the beach, surrounded by restaurants and walking distance to John's Pass, the perfect place for our 2 teens to poke around in the shops.

The condo is barely equipped for 2 people, much less 6 people. The dryer doesnt work and it hasnt been fixed yet, despite the call we made on Sunday. There are lightbulbs burned out, and batteries needing replacement. Thankfully the weather has been amazing, or this would be a challenge for us with our children.

Thanks for the note. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay! We've completed a full inventory of the kitchen and made sure it is properly equipped, as well as had the dryer serviced. Glad you enjoyed the area and our amazing weather and beaches. Thank you!

I thought the condo was nice...It was convenient and comfortable..Just would have liked to see a person and not just get instructed by email...There were several minor things I would have loved to speak to someone..At least once when we checked in..

Great location! We stayed here with 4 friends for a weekend and we had a great time. The door has a key pad so we didn't have to keep up with a key which was great with so many of us coming and going. Good size living space, clean, right on the beach. Only negative was the beds. The king was too soft for our taste and the pullout was very uncomfortable.

Location was excellent! The room could use a lot of maintenance. Sliding door to balcony did not lock, the folding doors were constantly falling off the track, and there were knobs missing from the drawers. We did buy a foam cooler that we left in the room for the next guest because we could not take on the plane. I have taken many vacations and this is probably not somewhere I would stay again.

Great spot for family. We went with the two (grown) kids, one grandchild age 7 and grampa, for long weekend to celebrate my son's college graduation. (It is less than hour and a half drive for us.) The location has a great pool and hot tub at the beach, easy access, a community toy box for the kids to take to pool or beach. Very well kept. Parking is tight. The only thing that was mildly annoying (and only occasional) was something about the plumbing, when somebody in a nearby unit was showering or flushing, it sounded like a hurricane was happening in the master bath. Solution: close the door. And the showerhead in the other bath needs changed out. Otherwise all was great.

The 2010-S Condo was comfortable and clean. The living area was has plenty of living space bathrooms a little tight.. The beach was easily accessible as well as the ocean view. The furniture in the condo was a little dated. We purchased 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach because the chairs provided were not usable. We left the chairs and umbrella at the unit as we were flying back home. Hopefully the next guests will enjoy. Overall a nice place to stay especially the pool and outside bar area.

Great location and beach, cabana and paddle board rentals right on the beach. Close to johns pass, most amazing upscale dining at middle ground within a half mile. Caddy’s was great for lunch and drinks. Do not recommend the Hut at Johns pass. Use Uber rather than the trolley/public transportation. Love that there’s a breakfast and lunch cafe on site as well as a small bar, it does close early (about 10) overall, great experience I would recommend and stay at again.

We spent 5 days in Treasure Island during the second week in October 2016. We found the surrounding property well maintained. There is a good view of the ocean from the deck. The apartment/condo looks like the photos. We did not have any maintenance issue. I did not give the property 5 stars for the following reasons: the master bed was extremely firm (hard) and my back was hurting throughout the stay and upon return home. I value a good night's sleep and I did not have one. The plumbing is loud - when someone above you flushes the toilet you hear it! Bedding and towel were of average quality. Cookware was worn and limited. I would not stay at this condo again because of the bed. The other issue are insignificant and usual given the price point for the condo. Also, this was our first visit to Treasure Island. It's quiet compared to St. Pete's Beach. We prefer the dining options and amenities of St. Pete's. P.S. We did not have a car on our visit. We Ubered to the grocery store, dinner, and Clearwater. You can walk to John's Pass.

This was our second year staying at Sunset Vistas through iTrip. Everything was as represented in the pictures and description. We did have a couple of issues (no linens for hide-a-bed and A/C quit working 2nd day), however Brandon with iTrip was there to resolve the problems within 15 minutes both times (one at 10:00 at night). We love the complex and amenities and will hopefully be back next year. Parking is challenging if you have more than one vehicle but Security is good about helping find a spot. The location is convenient to everything and if you don't have a car you can catch the trolley or a cab out front. This is a perfect family vacation spot. If you're looking for a party you probably want to go further south to St. Pete Beach.
