Palms of Treasure Island resort is a modern condo building in Treasure Island. The resort offers a perfect location, fabulous views, a waterfront swimming pool and hot tub, parking and just steps across from the best section of sand on the Island. Situated in the heart of Treasure Island, you are in easy walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, shopping, activities, and just moments from Johns Pass Village on the Beach Trolley.

Please note - Palms of Treasure Island is a non-smoking resort. There are smoking areas nearby in the garage area, but smoking is not allowed in any part of the building (including the balconies).

We have stayed at The Palms many times. The location is our prime reason for staying here. Convenient to walk to various things, the water, Publix grocery store, & many bars/restaurants. We were very pleased to see the new flooring that was put in the unit this year, no more carpet. Much easier to clean when tracking in the fine sand from the beach. Charles from ITrip was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend The Palms.

This was our third stay at the Palms of Treasure Island we've enjoyed all our stays there and the accommodations were great but if I have to say one thing that definetly needs attention too is the carpet. When we arrived the carpet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since installation, large stains everywhere and just plain wore out. We also would've liked to have had a vacuum cleaner in the unit as we were staying two weeks and things do need cleaning We will stay again next year

This unit has had a makeover. New decor and flooring create a refreshing and relaxing place to stay. We follow CDC cleaning guidelines w/high touch surfaces cleaned and sheets & towels washed at extremely high temperatures.

We loved staying at The Palms! The condo was very clean and looked very much like the photos. iTrip was awesome. I sent an email and said it seemed hot in the condo and within an hour someone showed up with a fan. The location was very convenient. We spent most of our time at the beach (across the street) or at the pool which was right downstairs! We also took Ubers to downtown St. Pete and to and from the airport. We enjoyed John’s pass and did a tiki boat tour there. We ate at VIP Taco and Sloppy Joes. Both were good and within walking distance from the condo. We picked up groceries at Publix (right next door) and enjoyed breakfast everyday on our balcony overlooking the water. I would definitely recommend the property to my friends!

Check in process not clear

I would like to first say that the whole check in part and getting the code to enter the property was not clear at all. A code was needed to enter the building and to enter the condo. I was not able to reach anyone to help me figure it all out. I was told that I would receive a message with that information and Never did. Never even received a return email or call back after trying to reach the owner. But after I figured it out the property was nice. The view was amazing and the dolphins were awesome. It was nice to have everything in walking distance. Grocery store, food places with live music and the beach all in walking distance. I would stay here again now that i know how to check in.

Found this Condo to be absolutely lovely in every way! The water view is magnificent looking out over the perfectly maintained pool and over the intercoastal waterway where we watched Dolphins play day and night... that is, when we weren't across the street at the beach! The Condo itself had every amenity we could possibly need, and then some! The bed linens were high quality which always makes for an easy nights sleep, and they certainly paid attention to all other details from abundance of towels and cleanliness of rooms, to plenty of information for you to find your own way and have a relaxing care free stay. 5 Stars Indeed from Mrs. Kay J.!

My husband and two daughters highly recommend this place. It was very clean, beach is right across the street, grocery store next door and the view was beautiful! Many restaurants, ice cream and pizza within a couple blocks. We had no complaints or problem and would definitely stay here again!

This condominium was just what we were expecting. It was clean and well-furnished. The location was PERFECT! Beach is across the street, Publix next door, balcony overlooks the Intracoastal, plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops, July 4th fireworks launched from the beach access. AWESOME!! There were plenty of beach towels, pillows, beach chairs, and balcony furniture. My entire family loved it. We would stay here again, recommended it to my family as well.

The view from this condo is excellent; right over the pool and bay. The balcony was really large and comfortably sat our whole group. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We needed pull out sheets for the couch and so I email and called itrip and they were delivered promptly. The condo has a casual atmosphere to it. Kids had floats in the pool and chairs for the beach were left under garage that anyone could borrow: I liked that. My only recommendation for the condo is it's time to get rid of the carpet and couch. They've served their time :) but everything else was great and I would stay again.

Loved the look of the building as we pulled up. Our 2nd floor room had stunning views of the pool and canal. Was breathtaking to wake up to the sunrise each morning!!! Room had some carpet stains, outdoor chairs were weathered but for the most part everything was in good shape! We loved having the kitchen and washer/dryer! Conveniently, located next door to a grocery and an easy walk to the beach across the street along with many restaurants and shops! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this "family oriented" location. No wild spring breakers....felt safe everywhere we went.

Our stay at 210 - Palms of TI was absolutely great. the unit was very clean and the views from the balcony were awesome. The Palms is convenient to everything. We had a few good beach/pool days too during our stay. We had a minor maintenance issue and after I emailed maintenance, the issue was resolved very quickly. Thanks much to the Maintenance worker on duty. We would definitely return to TI and stay at this corner unit.

the condo was very nice and all the instructions were rec'd in timely manner. No problems needed to be reported. If I had to criticize anything it would be the lack of table and chairs . the bar is ok but if you have guests it is not nice at all.
