We highly recommend this unit and location! We vacationed as a larger family in this unit and the unit next door. It was very clean and well equipped for an enjoyable vacation. The location is great-close to the beach and close to other amenities on Siesta Key.

Great trip! The location made travel very easy with ski rentals in same building and grocery store around the corner. The unit itself was beautiful and easily fit our group of 9. The short walk to the gondala made it a great location!

The hot tub on the deck was a huge hit with our kids. There was enough room for 4 families and the indoor/outdoor pool was a perfect depth for kids. The new appliances were a plus. As other reviewers have mentioned this unit is far from the parking garage so I recommend temporarily parking on the road near the balcony to load/unload stuff.

I would recommend that you put some instructions on the fridge for future guests.we had no idea when the trash pickup day was.also I could not figure out the thermostat as it was way to cold in the house but I couldn't figure out how to turn it up.the white furniture had stains on it and is not family friendly.my bathroom had hairs in the shower that were in there before we even used it.thank you

Another outstanding stay in CDM. We love this home so much. The views and sunset are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is superb. Thanks again Scott for your rapid responses and kindness. We will be back!!
