Very cozy, easy to find and the best location! We would definitely stay here again. If we were in the condo, we had the patio door open and were usually on the balcony. Being on the 2nd floor was nice to be able to sit and watch everything going on in the village. It’s truly a great location. Beds were comfy, sofas were nice and clean. Loved everything about it!

This was the perfect spot to easily walk to Village base and even to town (20 min). The unit has great views of the mountain, and had all the necessities. It's a bit dated, but everything worked well, and perfect for four people.

We had a wonderful stay. Many new updates in furniture and bedding. Everything just as promised. Best location on the beach. Management team was friendly and responsive prior to coming and we had no issues while there. Certainly hope to come back.

This is a wonderful rental unit located in a beautiful location. The house was extremely clean and spacious, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely look to stay here again next time I visit Folly Beach!

We love our place. The only 2 things I would suggest would be to let renters know how to get in the building when they first arrive. And then I'd suggest putting a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom as well. Thank you.
