"E Sea Livin'" well describes how you and your family will find life in this four bedroom beach house. This is one of the best locations on Surfside Beach, no large buildings or public access points nearby. Will your family or friends be coming from four directions? Would you prefer the privacy of a house, but don't need (or want to pay for) a huge beach house? There is parking space under the house, with a long driveway, providing room to park four cars. Golf carts, motorcycles and trailers are permitted here.
We also manage a beautiful three bedroom condo right next door in the small Lighthouse II building, perfect for family gatherings.
Inside, you and your family will enjoy comfortable living and dining space with all new furniture, and an unobstructed beach and ocean view. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, tableware, dishes, everything needed for meal preparation. There will be a charcoal grill outside.
Two of four bedrooms have new king size beds. The other two bedrooms have (2) new queen size beds - so 2 queen beds in each bedroom. The house will sleep twelve with everyone in a comfortable new bed, no sofa sleeper. All of the bedrooms have private full bathrooms and TVs. One bedroom is on the first floor, the other three bedrooms are on the second floor.
Beds will be made when you arrive, kitchen and bath towels are provided. Small dogs (<30 lbs) may be considered with individual approval, with $200 additional rent. Please contact for approval before reserving with pets. Pets are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance. Surfside Beach city ordnance prohibits dogs on the beach between May 1st thru Labor Day between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm. (Guests responsibility to check on any/all regulations as it relates).
Surfside Beach is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer, along with over 100 golf courses. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks north from E Sea Livin'. Water slides and amusement parks that kids love are right out on business 17. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. The Murrell's Inlet "Restaurant Row" is the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", it's a few minutes south. Just a short drive north are all the attractions, dining, shopping and nightlife of Myrtle Beach; Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, amusement parks, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south.
It's easy to see that you and your family will make oceanfront memories here at E Sea Livin', is it not?

Hi Pamela, We apologize that you felt your stay was not everything you expected it to be, however we do appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously. Regarding the repairman, the off season is typically when repairs of properties take place, and given their volume, we usually are at their mercy of when they are able to start and/or complete work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you will come back to visit again soon! Take care~
Hey Cheryl - thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I agree that it would be nice to have chairs/umbrellas at our properties BUT the problem is that we cannot guarantee their shape or availability AFTER a tenant leaves. We have had many items stocked in many of our homes, but a tenant will accidentally break the item OR loose the item and then never tell us. Then the next tenant arrives and is upset because the stated amenity is not there. It became more of a liability than a convenience, so we had to stop these offerings all together. There are many cheap spots (Walmart) that you can go grab a chair and sometimes the tenant before you will do that and just leave it there - so the next person will luck out. There are also rental agencies in the area that will rent and set up a beach chair-umbrella for you all week long! Just let us know, next time you visit, and we can get this set up for you!!! In response to the "totally unethical" comment regarding not getting a refund for evacuating, we have it cleared stated in our tenant agreement (that you signed Sep 29, 2018 11:28 am): "When a vacation tenant complies with an evacuation order, he or she is entitled to a refund of a share of the money he or she has paid for the rental (rent, security deposit, taxes, etc.) prorated for each night the evacuation order was in effect. There is an exception to this rule, however - If the tenant was offered travel insurance that covered the risk of mandatory evacuation, then the owner/property manager has no obligation to refund the tenant's money. To trigger the exception, the cost of the insurance offered cannot exceed 8% of the cost of the vacation rental. " You were offered travel insurance twice during your booking - once during the actual booking process and then again via email on September 30th. We feel if we have offered our tenants the option to purchase travel insurance twice, then we have done our due diligence in trying to have them protect their trip. This rental income is sometimes all these owners have to live on through the year - how is it fair to expect them to give up their income because a tenant chose not to pay $140 to fully protect their trip. Please understand this is not easy on any of us; I absolutely hate telling people that I cannot refund their money in a situation like this BUT I also hate telling owners that they have lost 2 week's income when they know travel insurance would have prevented that.
Awww, thanks Bryan. We certainly try our hardest to be as informative and available as possible during your entire booking/vacation time! We are glad you had a great day and hope to see you next year!!!!
