Nestled in a quiet coastal neighborhood, this bright and breezy getaway offers the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Whether you’re planning a family beach vacation, a romantic escape, or a weekend with friends, this thoughtfully designed home provides everything you need for a relaxing seaside stay.

Step inside to discover a spacious open-concept living area filled with natural light and laid-back beach vibes. Recent upgrades include a brand-new couch, fresh linens, and stylish coastal décor to make your stay even more comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals, and the cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying family dinners or late-night snacks after a day at the shore.

Outside, your private coastal oasis awaits. Lounge on the sunlit deck with your morning coffee, grill up fresh seafood for dinner, or gather around the firepit for s’mores and stargazing. After a long day in the sun, sink into the private hot tub for a soothing soak under the stars — the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful Surfside evenings.

You’re just a short stroll from the beach, so you can spend your days swimming, surfing, or simply relaxing in the sand. To make things easy, the home comes fully stocked with beach essentials — chairs, towels, and a wagon — so you can head straight to the waves without worrying about packing extra gear.

After your beach adventures, rinse off in the outdoor shower, curl up with a book on the deck, or enjoy a cozy movie night inside. Every detail has been considered to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible.

POLICIES/RULES:

• This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME (up to 60 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 for up to 2 pets will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Maximum of 4 pets. Additional pets must be approved so please send us a request and include the breed/weight. Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present.

• NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property to include the deck and pool areas

• Maximum Occupancy: 10

• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.

• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

• No uninvited guests without permission

• Do not take bath towels to the beach.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply

• Photo ID may be required upon check-in

• Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee or Security Deposit
