Whether you have spent the day enjoying one of the many nearby golf courses, hiking and biking on the extensive trails, or skiing on the slopes of Mount Bachelor, you can relax by watching the stars on the deck or in the private hot tub surrounded by towering pines.

Inside the home you will be greeted by a warm, inviting lodge ambiance with light interior paint, flat screen TVs in all rooms, and new bedding for a restful nights sleep. The large living area on the first floor features a stunning hand-hewn pine staircase, a cozy river stone gas fireplace, and plush leather furniture where you can unwind after a day of outdoor adventures.

The kitchen provides essential necessities and appliances to prepare meals and serve your family and friends at the breakfast bar and window-lined dining table—perfect for shared meals and good conversations. Accessible from the kitchen and first floor bedroom, the deck in the back overlooks serene woods and offers room to entertain with a gas grill and an enclosed hot tub area. It serves as a perfect spot for coffee in the morning, sunny afternoon BBQs, or relaxation under the stars.

The home is designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The primary bedroom on the main floor features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoors. Together with four additional bedrooms upstairs, including a second master suite with private bathroom and king size bed, the home offers sleeping for up to twelve children or adults. Central AC, a convenient gas fireplace, and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout ensure comfort and internet connection for work and play.

Sunriver offers a unique retreat from noise and stress for guests and permanent residents who are not on vacation. We ask that you respect and abide by the good neighbor hours from 10 pm to 7 am. With quiet nights in Sunriver, sounds and voices tend to travel long distances and can disturb other residents and guests. This property includes a noise alert system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. These devices only ensure that noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. No electronic recording or video surveillance monitoring on the exterior or interior of the house assures privacy during your stay!

Please do not exceed the allowed maximum occupancy of 12 and be sure to keep all vehicles parked in the driveway or guest garage. While in close proximity to the Deschutes River, water access for swimming, rafting or boats is not permitted at the Cardinal Landing bridge. Please use the Marina access.

AMENITIES – We hope you will enjoy your stay, laugh, have fun, and make many pleasant memories at our home.

★ PET FRIENDLY: Dogs only. There is a $100 pet fee per dog with a maximum of $200 (2 dogs). Although we are pet-friendly, your dog should be home-trained and must not be left unattended at the house at any time, even if in a crate/kennel. If accidents happen, please clean up and inform management to assure that the next guests can also enjoy a clean and healthy home. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.

★ 12 SHARC passes: free access to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center, which offers a variety of activities.

★ Private hot tub: We strive to make sure that the hot tub is working at all times. If it is not working due to circumstances outside of our control, please inform management immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience if the hot tub cannot immediately be repaired.

★ Highspeed Wi-Fi for free internet access with download speeds of up to 1 gigabyte per second is available in all rooms & on decks.

★ Multiple bicycles for use at your own risk: We attempt to keep all bicycles well maintained to allow safe use but cannot provide bicycles for all purposes and sizes. Additional bicycles are available for rent at several bike stores at The Village. Please inform management if any of the bikes require repairs or maintenance. We will do our best to get them repaired for your stay.

★ Parking notes: Free parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway and the guest garage. Street parking is not permitted throughout Sunriver including anywhere on Goldfinch Lane.

★ The U.S. Department of Defense has advised that this property, like many Sunriver properties, is located on land that may have been used as a mortar training range as part of Camp Abbott during the Second World War. Please be aware of the remote possibility that unexploded ordnance may still be present in the area. Please review the 3Rs Safety Guide found in the home.

Frequently Asked Questions

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking.

FAMILY RENTAL ONLY
Reservations made for teenagers or young single requires an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. At least one member of the party needs to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Oregon law with forfeiture of all monies.

FALSIFIED RESERVATION
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

HOUSEKEEPING
No daily maid service.  Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive debris, excessive spillage or staining of carpets, or uncleaned cooking grease and stains.

We reserve the right to charge guests for not complying with house cleaning rules.  Specifically, we reserve the right to charge guests if all dishes have not been cleaned either in the dishwasher or by hand, if all trash is not bagged and cinched, and if all perishable food has not been disposed.  

UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or internet. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 

SECURITY CAMERAS
If security cameras for outdoor visual monitoring are present at the property, the listing will disclose this fact.  Tenant accepts the monitoring of the outside and agrees to not tamper with the security system.
 
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property AND on premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in $150 fine, plus the cost of smoke remediation.

DOGS
If you are staying in a dog-friendly property and are planning to bring your dog, you must notify us.  No more than one dog is allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.  A dog fee is required, and it varies depending on the property.  You must confirm your dog is flea and tick free, and is up to date on all vaccinations.  Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.  Please notify us of any accidents that occur in the home.  Please clean up outdoors.

If you are staying in a No Pet property, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions if a pet or Emotional Support Animal is brought onto the property,  a) charge a pet fee, b) charge extra for cleaning or picking up behind the pet, c) charge a fee for neighbor complaints, d) charge a refundable damage deposit, e) ask tenant to vacate the premises with no refund of any fees or damage deposits paid.
 

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
All occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, people using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

BICYCLES
iTrip or the Owner are in no way responsible for bodily harm or injuries that may occur while using the bicycles provided by the property. The Guest agrees to use the bicycles at your own risk. You are responsible for wearing helmets, and for securing the bikes. The Guest is responsible for the bicycles should they be lost or stolen when not on the vacation home premises.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and sound equipment.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels. Lost or damaged linens may be deducted from your deposit. An initial supply of products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
