True ski-In/ski-out, spacious 3 level Steamboat town home, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

2 Decks with amazing views of the mountain and slopes. The main level deck is huge and wraps around the side of this private end unit.

Separate levels provide privacy within the property.

2 Parking spaces (1 covered) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the spaces, on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

You are only 1-2 minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Free shuttle service (winter only) - to the gondola/base area, town, restaurants, pubs or grocery store. Runs on a loop 8 - 10 am, on call other times (allow 15-20 minutes)

Storm Meadows #12 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers luxurious mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area. High end, mountain modern finishes and furnishings have been updated throughout the home.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features a gorgeous, gourmet kitchen, boasting Viking and Sub Zero appliances, including a professional range, mountain-style wood cabinetry and granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and there is a large dining table off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group. The living area also provides comfortable seating on a leather sofa and chairs. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views and/or watch a movie or show on the large screen TV. The main level also features vaulted wood ceilings and access to the expansive wrap around deck on this end unit, with plenty of privacy and open space next to the property. It's perfect for barbecuing or just relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry. There is also a powder room on this level.

The upper level provides privacy with only the master suite. There is a queen bed and a beautiful bathroom.

The lower level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (one with full beds, the other twin beds) and can comfortably sleep 4 with the 4 beds.

The lower level deck is slope side and also has a secure ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go! There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn, and has central air conditioning! A rare find in Steamboat.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

This townhome is gorgeous! The kitchen has top of the line Viking appliances, leather furniture and cozy corner fireplace in the family room. Heated floors, comfy beds, AMAZING views! True ski in/ski out onto Right O' Way. We couldn't have picked a better location! We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay in Steamboat. The location is perfect and nestled on a quiet street that's minutes to everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for meals at home. The layout worked perfectly for our family of five, with plenty of room for everyone. The deck facing the mountain has been the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. Will definitely be back!

Cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay!!! Steamboat is an extraordinary place, and this Townhome was icing on the cake. We enjoyed hanging out at around the house and playing games with our children, the kids loved the large back deck and getting to run around. After dinner we took walks on the easily accessible back trails and downtown was a very short drive away. Will definitely be back!

This is our second stay at Storm Meadows Townhome #12 and we enjoyed our time just as much this time. The access to the slopes can't be beat and the shuttle service went above and beyond to get us to and from town and the base within a reasonable amount of time. The kitchen has everything you need and the space is laid out well for a family. We will be back!

It was an awesome place to stay for sure!!! When I was finally able to get in. Although they trick you into thinking its a pretty reasonable price until you go to check out. $315.00 was the subtotal price, because they tack on another $400 for cleaning and other pointless services. Was supposed to get an email confirmation with a pin # to get into the condo. I didnt. Called the # on the website, the guy was rude, and couldnt understand why I couldnt get in to the condo. Told to check my spam blah blah blah. 2 1/2 hours later sitting on the front porch of the place, he finally just says the 4 digit pin!!!!! Why couldnt he have told me it 2 1/2 hours earlier???!!!!! It did turn out to be a great, memorable time after that, but holy moly what a big pain in the you know what!!!! I would rent it again IF they quoted a more down to earth no extras price!

Very glad you had a great, memorable time. This unit is one of the nicest rental units you will find in Steamboat and the price you paid was an incredible off season value. There seems to be some confusion on your end on the extra fees you paid. You booked on a third party web site which is responsible for a portion of those and though you did not book on our site, you certainly should have been aware of the full price you were paying before you booked. This again was not our site but standard in this industry. As far as your trouble getting in, it also sounds like some more confusion there. Our call log shows two cals, one at 3:44 and one at 4. He happened to be driving at the time you first called or would have given you the code immediately and just verbally tried to direct you where it was.

Storm Meadows 12 was a perfect spot for our family of 5. With incredibly easy access to the mountain, an on-demand (friendly) shuttle to the base and downtown and just enough room to spread out but still stay connected, we truly enjoyed it! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the support from iTrip was fantastic. We'd definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason's lovely Steamboat home. The place was perfect for what we needed and felt safe, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check in process was super smooth and once inside everything was clean, brand new appliances, great bedding, etc. We used every bed and all guests were very comfortable. Parking was extremely easy and the views from the living room were gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great week at Storm Meadows #12! The unit is beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Jason and Danielle responded immediately to all our questions. The bunk room was perfect for the 4 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Pool was a short walk away. Would definitely return!

Perfect Place to Stay!

We loved everything about #12. We loved the ski in ski out location tucked away in the trees with beautiful views of the trails and mountain and with great access to the Right O'Way trail. We especially loved being on the end - the views were just that much better. We had a Moose (which we named Ludwig) that would occasionally make an appearance. We felt like he was on guard! The decor in #12 was perfectly done - rustic and comfortable. We felt that the townhome was really done with top notch everything - the heated flooring, viking appliances, beautiful wood trim throughout and the well done was really lovely. Even the little conveniences that you don't think about were so helpful - the garbage closet right outside the door, the storage lockers for our ski equipment, the items in the kitchen that I forgot to bring: salt and pepper, olive oil, seasonings, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage was just all too easy. But for a Mom of four - it meant a lot. Thank you to the owners and Jason the Property Manager for making this vacation so easy and for making us feel so well cared for. We will be back! The Sloans

My family and some friends stayed at Storm Meadows 12 during our spring break. The location is fabulous for ski in / ski out as you can literally ski right to the back porch. The unit is well furnished (kitchen / linens etc) Storm Meadows also offers a complimentary shuttle to the lifts which works great if you need to shuttle kids to ski school. We plan to return again!!

Fantastic place to stay. The townhouse was spacious, and cozy. Location was great - true ski-in, ski-out. Complimentary shuttle service worked incredibly well for trips into town etc - we rarely had to wait more than 2-3 minutes! Jason, the property manager, was also very helpful. Highly recommend!

Storm Meadows #12 had everything our family of 5 was looking for in ski lodging. Super floorplan; updated to top of the line furnishings, appliances and fixtures; heated floors and super soft towels top the list of favorites. Also topping the list of favorites was our iTrip contact Jason. He was a huge help - before, during and after our stay, and while I don't believe this is something they provide or even promote- the manner in which he handled our questions and requests was personalized, prompt and professional.
