Rockies 2437 is a 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in an amazing location, walking distance from the ski area for most (maybe not if you are hauling skis or have kids hauling skis) and right on the free bus route. It also offers Emerald Mountain views and makes a fantastic vacation rental.
Enter the property into the spacious living area and find dining options a plenty including four bar stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table with 6 chairs. Both great for meals, drinks, playing a game or doing a puzzle.
Rockies 2437 also offers a work station/ desk in the living area, including a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse - plug in to the included HDMI cable that is connected to the monitor. Combined with high speed wifi, this makes this unit a great option for working remotely.
On the other side of the living area, kick back on the comfy sofa next to the flat screen TV and gas fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. The brand new sleeper sofa pulls out to a queen with an upgraded memory-foam mattress.
Enjoy the beverage of your choice and some outdoor living space on the private deck off of the living area.
The full kitchen is off the living area and has everything you will need to stay home and make a great meal.
The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, great views, flat screen TV and lots of storage.
There is a full bathroom downstairs with a tub shower combo.
The private loft en suite offers both a queen bed and full bunk bed, a flat screen TV, lots of storage and full bathroom with a tub shower combo.
Enjoy a soak or swim in the year-round community hot tubs and pool, work out at the fitness center, hang out by community fire-pit or play at the Volleyball court (Summer only).

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
