Phoenix is one of the best complexes in Steamboat, located directly across the street from a path that leads to the brand new Gondola Station, just a little over 200 steps away! When we have good snow conditions, you can ski or ride back closer and only have about 50 steps to the unit! It is as close to ski-in/ski-out as you can get, and one of the closet condos to the new Gondi. You are also steps away from a pool, hot tub, gym, grill, sauna and clubhouse. Drop in and play a game of pool or cards, set up a laptop or just hang out. Dining, drinking and grocery options are also all within a short walking distance from the property.

Phoenix 221 itself is a spacious two-level, two bedroom condo that offers 2 en suites and has been recently updated. Highlights include the kitchen, all three bathrooms, as well as fantastic new flooring and beautifully painted walls and ceilings throughout. Enter the unit either though the attached 1-car, heated garage or through the common area foyer. Both options bring you into the roomy, open living area.

The fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, stainless appliances and mountain style doors and cabinetry. It is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal.

Dining options include a solid wood table with 6 chairs and 4 comfy bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Kick back, relax and warm up by the gas fireplace on the comfortable sofa and chairs, and watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen TV.

There is a deck off of the living area with 2 chairs, perfect for enjoying a beverage.

The main level has an updated full bathroom that offers a tub shower combo.

The two en suites are on the downstairs level and both have flat screen tv’s. The master en suite offers a king bed, closet, new flooring, painted walls and ceilings and its own newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second en suite also has new flooring, painted walls and ceilings, two bunk beds, a queen over queen and twin over twin. The bunk suite has ample storage with a closet and dresser, and its own newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower.

There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

During the Summer, Phoenix 221 offers air conditioning in the living area. Fans are also provided for your comfort downstairs, which stays cooler.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Wow! Everything was amazing. The booking was easy. The people we communicated with were kind and helpful. The travel book found inside the place was all we needed to feel like locals without the busy fee of downtown. Restaurants, bars, and coffee all at the end of the block. Pool and hot tub were a huge bonus! Everything was clean and the amenities were exceptional. Coffee even in the pantry in case you forgot your own. Balcony, garage, and private covered car port made us feel like we were at home. Can’t wait to bring friends and come back in the winter. Probably less than 10 minute walk to the base of the ski resort! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. -Alex and Claudia.

The condo was in a great location close enough to walk to the Gondola and restaurants near the base of the mountain. Great option if you don't want to drive or find parking.

The Condo is excellently located being only steps away from the base of the resort. The Condo itself was for the most part in excellent condition, there were some minor issues, such as the carpeting looked like they needed cleaning. The bedrooms were downstairs in a basement like environment. I would rent this condo again.

Fun time in Steamboat. The condo was clean and well kept. Garage access was great. The gondola, mountain coaster and base shops and restaurants were all a very short, easy walk. Would definitely stay again.
