Fish Creek Preserve is not only one of our newest listings, but one of our most modern and luxurious. The new owners of this property put in thought, time and spared no expense with a complete remodel (2023) and it could not have turned out better.

When trying to describe what was updated during the remodel, the easiest way to do it would be with one word. Everything. No stone was left unturned and every detail you could think of was addressed, highlighted by fabulous flooring, furniture, fixtures and finishes throughout the home. The end result is an immaculate, stunning property that you will love spending time at and will not want to leave.

Fish Creek Preserve is spread out on three levels and can comfortably sleep as many as sixteen people (when using air mattresses that are available upon request). This beautiful and extremely spacious, five bedroom plus office, six bath, 4,700 square foot single family home is situated off the road in the trees, offering a private and tranquil setting. You feel like you are in the woods even though the home is located in the Fish Creek neighborhood less than a mile and a half from town and only four miles from the resort. Included shuttle service will take you from the unit to the ski area, town, grocery stores and anywhere else within the city limits you would like to go (winter only).

Enter the property through the attached garage into a mudroom or via the covered front porch patio, through the front door and into a foyer. Both options conveniently offer plenty of room for coats, boots and much more.

Make your way into the home and find a roomy, open floor plan on the main level with high ceilings, large windows and lots of natural light.

The well-designed, professional kitchen features gorgeous quartz countertops, Bosch and Miele stainless steel appliances including a five burner gas range plus griddle, three ovens, two dishwashers and a large stainless sink plus bonus prep sink. The beautiful cabinetry, including a walk in pantry, is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal including small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more.

There are four counter stools at a very large island for one dining option.

Right off the kitchen is a cozy nook with two club chairs as well as a spacious dining area that offers a magnificent dining table that seats up to eight. There is also a powder room.

At the other end of the living area is a comfortable sofa and two chairs. Kick back, relax and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen smart TV.

Also on the main level, off the living area, is a sizable office en suite that can be a sixth bedroom. It has a desk, chair and two monitors and flat screen tv. A luxury air mattress and bedding is available upon request. Combined with high speed WiFi, this office makes Fish Creek Preserve the perfect property for your remote working needs. The office en suite bathroom has a walk in shower.

Access the deck and gas grill from both the living area and the office.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms including the huge master en suite, which features a king bed along with lots of drawer storage. Everything is large in the master bathroom including a walk-in closet, a double-sized walk-in waterfall shower and a separate free standing soaking tub. There is also a water closet plus two vanities, one with a makeup mirror.

There is a second en suite upstairs that has a queen bed, closet and walk in shower.

The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a closet.

There is another full bathroom upstairs in the hallway with a tub shower combo, as well as a full size washer and dryer/laundry area.

The day lighted downstairs level is where you will find two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a spacious second living area.

One of the bedrooms is very big and has a king bed, drawer storage and a closet.

The other bedroom has two twin beds and a closet.

The second living area/game room highlights include a sectional, XL flat screen smart TV, plus both ping pong and shuffleboard tables. It also has a bar area including a beverage cooler and dishwasher.

The downstairs full bathroom has a walk in shower.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.
