Cross Timbers Chalet is one of our most modern and luxurious properties. It was very recently remodeled and no expense was spared.

This beautiful and spacious, four bedroom, four and a half bath, townhome is spread out on three levels and lives more like a home. It comfortably sleeps ten adults and features four en suites including 4 king and 1 queen bed, as well as something extremely rare in Steamboat for the Summer months…. air conditioning!

Cross Timbers Chalet also offers all the amenities you could ask for including a community pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts, as well as free private shuttle service to the ski area, town, grocery stores and anywhere within the city limits (winter only) and heated roads, right up to the front step.

When trying to describe what was updated during the remodel, the easiest way to do it would be with one word. Everything. No stone was left unturned and every detail you could think of was addressed. The end result is an immaculate, stunning property that you will love spending time at and will not want to leave.

Cross Timbers Chalet is located only a half mile from the resort, but ideally situated and somewhat hidden and tucked away in a private neighborhood on a very small street, in a beautiful and peaceful, woods-like setting. The townhome has both a private entrance and an attached two car, heated garage which provides parking as well as storage for skis and more.

The townhome itself is stunning and immaculate. The completely updated open living area is on the middle level. It offers an entire wall of windows with mountain and valley views and sensational natural light. You will have no problem relaxing at Cross Timbers Chalet with ample, brand new, seating options. Take in the views, watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen smart TV or just warm up in front of the attractive stone work and alluring gas fireplace. You will swear it is wood burning, just without the hassle or mess.

The well-designed, fully stocked, professional kitchen features brand new Viking Appliances, including ab eight burner gas range, double oven, gorgeous double thick quartz countertops, beautiful cabinetry and everything you will need to cook a meal from small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more.

Dining options include a fabulous, wooden table with seating for eight along with kitchen counter seating. There is additional outdoor seating on the deck with the aforementioned views and a gas grill. There is a powder room on the main level off of the kitchen for your convenience.

The four en suites are dispersed on all three levels.

Secluded on its own, top floor level, the master en suite has a comfy king bed, large flat screen smart TV, vaulted ceilings, a private deck, and air conditioning for the ultimate in comfort during the summer. A handcrafted barn door opens to a spectacularly renovated, tranquil bathroom that has to be seen to believed. It includes dual vanities, custom his and hers closets, a walk in shower and a soaking tub for pampering after a day on the mountain.

Back on middle level is the second en suite. It has a king bed and private deck. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower.

The other two en suites are on the bottom level. One has a king bed, flat screen TV and a tub shower combo. The other is the queen over king bed bunk room and has a walk in shower.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Beautifull condo which has been recently totally remodeled. Liked the location. The four bedrooms fit our needs. When we arrived, there were no screens on any of the windows, founds some in one of the closets and put them, but perfectly. Informed the office and they sent a person out the next day to fix, Tried to BBQ the next day, but the tank was empty and have to go out had get a placement at 8:00 PM. The condo was not well stocked when we arrived, notified the office and they sent someone out with more than enough. The inside of the condo was beautiful, but it was clear that it was done for decoration, not function. The couch in the main room was the most uncomfortable any of us has experienced. Showers poorly designed, had to reach in to turn on the water and would get showered on with cold water. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The TVs were difficult to work and there were no instructions for the TVs or other remote controls. The garage opener makes a horrible sound and don't think it is long for this world. Overall, we liked the condo and enjoyed our stay.
