Champagne Lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort amenities you would want on site including 10 hot tubs, 4 swimming pools, a fire pit, fitness center, sauna, three BBQ grills, heated outdoor dining area, outdoor tennis courts (summer only), game room, computer center, conference room, additional covered parking as well a very large common area which offers free coffee.

Live large at this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom updated condo in Champagne Lodge at Trappuer's Crossing. One of the best locations in Steamboat, you are only two blocks from the gondola/base area, can walk to skiing, restaurants, pubs and shopping but also have the convenience of a free shuttle service to the mountain, town, restaurants and pubs in the winter.
Champagne Lodge 3109 itself is the perfect vacation rental, recently remodeled, very spacious and will comfortably sleep 8 (with sleeper sofa). It's updated with fabulous wood flooring and carpet, gorgeous granite countertops, mountain style doors and cabinetry.
The main level has an open living area which includes the full kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, counter seating (2 bar stools), comfortable seating (sofa, 2 large chairs), a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and access to a the covered patio and courtyard.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal.
The two en suites are on opposite sides of the condo. Both feature king beds, flat screen TV’s, lots of closet and drawer storage, double vanity’s and tub/shower combos.
The third bedroom, off the hallway leading to one of the en suites, has a queen bed, flat screen tv and plenty of closet and drawer storage.
The stackable washer/dryer is in its own closet, and the third full bathroom with a walk in shower, are also off the same hallway.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
