You are close to everything but will feel like you are away from it all at this quiet property with natural surroundings.
The town home itself is an end unit and one of 4 units on the property. #4 is right on the open space, perfect for dogs and kids to play. You are also only a few steps from the river.

It looks like you failed to let us know you were bringing a dog? It clearly states that on the listing that you need to do that and there are extra fees for that, so maybe you did not read the listing in the first place?
