This was the 5th or 6th time that we stayed in the same unit. Very clean and well stocked. Perfect for when our cousins, who live in FL, come to visit for a couple of days. Great location, across the street from the beach and near the restaurants. We also love the pool when the beach gets too hot.

Unit 4 Beatiful Pass-A-Grille

If anyone know Pass-A-Grille- you know just how beautiful this area is. Being that this property is walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants it makes it a great spot. Please be aware- that you cannot see the beach from this property. This particular unit "technically" has everything it stated. Although, that's accurate it's really very outdated. When sitting in the living room - it does not have any beach decor at all. As you go through the place there are a couple of beach pictures scattered throughout, but sitting in the living room you wouldn't know you were on the beach. There are two little crammed-in cast iron outdoor chairs in the corner as you walk in the door- not sure what else you could do? Really missed being able to sit outside and have coffee or a cocktail. Although, it's super to have laundry capability - you can barely get to it - it's so jammed with outdated- broken beach equipment. The topper for us was - we are wine drinkers - and there were no wine glasses in the entire unit. We ended up going to the market and getting some plastic, throw-away- ones. Using a coffee cup, of which there were plenty of, didn't seem great for our vino. Best part is you do have an automatic ice maker - which was wonderful for water, drinks, etc... My daughter and I both felt that this is a guaranteed money maker where the property is located, but this unit needs updating and some TLC. Putting some money back into this unit is recommended. Communication was wonderful for inquiring about parking. Pool was clean and very refreshing!

Perfect location

This is the perfect location to enjoy everything on Pass A Grille. Quick walk to The Brass Monkey, Hurricanes, the Paradise Grille, and of course the beach. This is my favorite beach in the St. Pete area. The unit was as pictured, clean, comfortable and quiet. Make sure to watch a sunset from the roof top bar at hurricanes! If you are a sheller like me, just a quick walk to the south end where the better shells are.

Perfect for our family! We love the condo setup(washer and dryer!), the pool, as well as the proximity to the beach(across street). Excellent fishing on the bay side is easily accessible at Merry Pier.

The location of this unit is fantastic! My family & I loved that we could go to the beach, a restaurant, get ice cream & even shop without getting in our car. The pool was also an added bonus that we enjoyed.

We loved our stay at Beach Club Pass-A-Grille! It is located steps from the beautiful beach as well as conveniently located next to restaurants and shops! There’s parking on the street right in front of the unit! We had a few issues, but itrip responded quickly and took care of things the next morning. The unit itself needs updating, but it met our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The place clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved that it was across the street from the beach and one or two blocks from shps and restaurants. Plenty of room for the two of us and my two cousins who visited for a few days. We were impressed with the iTrip team. They responded, virtually immediately, to every question. It made for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect location and helpful management

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This is not our first time to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-Grill, and this has been the best. The property is conveniently located a street across from the gulf-side of the beach, one block away from the street with 4 restaurants. Paradise Grill is also close for a quick bite for breakfast and lunch. Yet, it is quiet in the evenings. The beach nearby is quieter, and the neighborhood offers nice evening walks. The property management was very helpful in terms of addressing any problems we experienced (lack of a good chef's knife), and they respected our privacy. The only downside is the lack of grocery stores near by; the closest one is Publix about 2.5 miles away. This can be a problem if you plan to cook a lot. We tried both Instacart (as the management suggested) and Uber/Lyft, and both of them worked quite well. A very minor suggestion to the property management: please update the listing to indicate that the unit has washer and dryer. Having them was very helpful, and others will appreciate it as well.
