This ground floor condo is located directly across from the beautiful award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach. At Pass-A-Grille the beaches are not crowded, peaceful with sugary white sand and calm warm Gulf water. Step just out the front door, and you are on the sand in seconds.

Updated floors, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances.

--Large private primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size TempurPedic bed.

--Second bedroom sleeps additional guests with a comfortable Queen size bed.

The living room and private Gulf-facing patio give a beautiful view of the water and the Sunset over the Gulf, and the large couch is generously big enough for a nap after a long day on the beach.

There's open air, shaded seating to enjoy the warm Gulf breezes on your patio, to enjoy your morning coffee or just people-watching.

The pool is located right outside the rear of the condo, with easy access in and out. There's room for lounging and outdoor dining.

Includes large flat screen TV in living room, TV in bedrooms, free high-speed WiFi, cable TV and stereo. All linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a few beach goodies are provided. There is not a washer/dryer in the condo.

This was a great vacation and the main reason was this place. This condo is in a great location. easy walk to the Jetties, really easy walk to great food, and right across the street was the gulf. We loved staying on the ground floor. Right out the back door was the pool. The whole place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Check in process was so easy. We will definitely be booking this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 701 Unit#1. Everything was as expected . We enjoyed the pool when the days were too windy on the beach. The kitchen had everything needed. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, but could have accommodated more. The location was absolutely perfect! Just steps to the beach. Highly recommend!

4th year with iTrip/Mainsail at Beach Club

Every year that I have stayed at the same unit in Beach Club, I have experienced some usually small issue (like I can't figure out how to work the TV system) and as soon as I text the folks at Mainsail I receive a reply, even on the weekend. The reply is always helpful and resolved quickly. I can't praise this management group enough. Thank you to Liz and staff for your hard work to keep my vacation going smoothly. See you next year!

We traveled to Pass-a-grille beach on a last minute trip before college starts back. The place is in a perfect spot to walk to the beach which is literally right across the road, to walk to food, you can get to Hurricanes, The Wharf and Red White and Booze within a walk, coffee is right down at the opposite corner of the block or they do have a 12 cup coffee maker. The AC worked great. There were 4 chairs in the closet, 2 beach chairs and 2 ozark trail chairs. there is even umbrella anchors (no umbrella though) , a beach cart and shell sifter, all these are left behind from previous patrons so thank you to those people that we could use those! The back room has a queen bed that is fairly soft. The front master bedroom looks to have a temperpedic mattress which is on the firm side. The couch seats plenty, it is a sectional. I found myself sleeping on the couch with decent sleep, and my mom slept on the master bed. so FYI the couch is a decent sleeper too if necessary. The fridge ice worked great and had ice when we arrived. We did use go to the Clearwater Aquarium on the last day and utilized ITrip's free 1 ticket promo to receive a free entry to save. Armendez is a local in the area who you will see on his tricycle (Speedy) or scooting his walker (Ferrari) selling Chicken empanadas, he was a doll and we gifted him some food items we could not take with us when leaving. I would absolutely stay here again as well as search any Itrip's vacation homes for the future. We had a great experience and I did love their text message feature when confirming car info for parking etc.

Paradise in Pass-a-Grille

Beautiful unit on ground floor. Also an end unit. View the fabulous Gulf of America out the front door and a delightful pool out the back door. Walking across the street to the beach, less than 2 minutes. Brass Monkey, Hurricane and Paradise Grille are all 1-2 minutes walk. Unit is well furnished, very comfortable. Any questions I had were answered within minutes. Will definitely book again.

The condo is directly across the street from the beach. Being right on the corner of 7th st. We were close to many of the restaurants and shops. Family of 3 stayed with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Had everything we needed to make dinners and eat on the patio. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

I just recently returned from Florida after my third two week vacation renting a property managed by the staff at ITrip/Mainsail. I have to say that each year went very well and I attribute that in great part to the communications and prompt service I received from them. Every time I had a question, it was promptly answered. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Comfortable first floor unit across the street from the beach. So close to restaurants and shops! Walk to everything! We love Pass-a-Grille and will come back in the future. We would rent this unit again. The only difficulty is parking. We left the area for a drive to John's Pass and couldn’t find a spot when we returned home. Had to drive around for a long time and ultimately reclaimed out spot late evening. CUSTOMER SERVICE is excellent! Immediate responses from a real person!

We were so happy to return to this particular place after staying in the same building but another condo a few years ago. I grew up in this area, so it was special to be able to bring my daughter here and be right across the street from the beach and, everything we enjoyed could be walked to, including three restaurants a great new French crêperie, the fishing pier, seahorse restaurant, brass, monkey, and hanging out at the pavilion for gorgeous sunsets. I can’t think of a better place to stay at Pass-a-Grille. The condo is clean, the pool is a real plus, wish the bathroom were just a little bigger, but you really can’t beat this location and accommodation!

Our apartment was very nice, well maintained and spacious. The pool area was very nice. We only had to cross a street to be at the beautiful white sand beach covered in seashells. The views were gorgeous, the swimming refreshing, and every day was sunny and in the 80s. The area is busy yet quiet. The restaurants had excellent food and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There’s a trolley to visit other beach areas nearby. It was truly a great vacation.

We recently stayed at the Beach Club in Pass A Grill, Florida. The description and pictures of the place were exactly as we expected. The location was amazing!!! Close to shopping and restaurants and most importantly, THE BEACH AND OCEAN!!! Bring toilet paper as you will need it and coffee filters. Appliances worked well and the beds were comfortable! They kindly extended our check out time which was so very helpful!!! We will come again!!

My family enjoyed a four night stay at #1 Beach Club at Pass-A-Grille, St. Pete Beach in May. Our unit was an easy drive to popular sightseeing, shopping and restaurants located in the more tourist populated areas. And provided easy beach access, less traffic, and quiet evenings. Parking passes were provided with the unit and we had no issues with parking. The lower level unit was accessible for the older members in our party and the set-up of the unit worked out well for us. Overall a great place to stay!

The condo was as advertised, perfect for the two of us. Right across the road from the beach, and on the days the beach was too windy or cold, the pool area was a perfect place to lay in the sun or swim. The bed was so comfortable, and the living room had a nice couch to sit on in the evening. Just a few blocks down we did enjoy the breakfast and coffee at the beach club, even had live music in the morning and throughout the day. It was a great vacation, only problem was the weather, a little cool for a few of the days.

This condo was very well equipped and very clean which was important to me. The location could not have been better. It is at the end of St. Pete Beach. It is a very quiet, beautiful location. It was very quiet in the evening. The perfect vacation spot. It is just as nice as the pictures showed. My only complaint is that the couch was old/worn and really needs replacing. Also if it had a washer and dryer that would also be great to be able to do some laundry when needed. But overall it was a great spot.

We’ve been coming here for the past 3 years & the staff is very organized. But, this year we’ve noticed that their not putting money back into the condo. For example, the shower curtain is very cheap, vents are very dirty & the sink and shower don’t drain very well!!!

This was a lovely place to stay. All the comforts of home and the location could not have been better to the beach and food. It was larger than the pictures had shown. The only problem was the internet but we just had the storm of Irma go through. It is working now but we were out for two days.

The condo was as expected from the photos. But please hire a professional cleaning crew as there was dust everywhere and we couldn't see the wonderful view as the windows were filthy. And please fix the doors, as the front door was "stuck" and the door to the pool "dragged." The second "bedroom" had no lighting or bedside table. I've been a regular at Pass-a-Griile for many years and don't think this condo was nearly up to par with other rentals in the area.

This location is outstanding on pass a grille beach... it's was spacious enough for the 4 of us & directly across the street was beach access. The pool in the back of the complex was an added bonus. They supplied us with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper,& hand washing soap etc. I was more than pleased with our stay and plan to book this location in the future.

We very much enjoyed our time at 1 Beach Club. The condo was well kept, well furnished and fit our needs well...we are a family of four, with a 10yo and 4yo. They shared the second bedroom. The front porch is lovely to sit and look at the dunes and Gulf. The pool right out the back door was a big hit for hot days. We would be back anytime and would stay at 1 Beach Club again. One small issue: a shard of wayward glass in the bathroom found its way into our daughter's foot--we didn't break anything and broken glass is so hard to get all of, so I don't blame anyone but it was the one snag.

This condo is in the absolute best location, right across from one of the prettiest beaches in the world. It is very clean and bright. The bed is very comfortable and shower has good water pressure. The AC gets very cold for the times of year when you need it. They also provide everything you need for the beach, chairs and towels. I would definitely stay here again. The small town is fun and you can walk to the quaint local restaurants and shops.

Beach Club's location made for a great choice to spend a few days in Pass a Grille. The condo was just as pictured, freshly cleaned and steps across the road to the beach. Chair, beach towels and toys were available. Although you have to enter through the pool area, the doors on all sides gave easy access to vehicles. A number for iTrip was posted for any issues. In our case, it was need for light bulbs and the rep brought them same day. Close location to restaurants, shopping and the trolley made for easy fun. Was sorry our stay had to end!

When we arrived for our stay late Monday night, we entered through the back pool area, per the instructions. It was neat to be greeted by one of Florida's many small lizards. We had a little trouble figuring out the lock on the back door. We finally realized that after you enter the lock code, you turn the dead bolt all the way to the left, and give the door a good pull because it's tight to the floor until you open it a ways. The condo was exactly as pictured - although it's even more comfortable than the pictures convey. The couch is extremely comfortable, and the beds are very nice as well, especially the master bed. The kitchen had all the utensils and things we needed for cooking, and we didn't even need some of the extras we bought. Do an inventory of bags, paper towels, etc, before heading to the store, and just get what you need. The bathroom was nice, and the shower water pressure was very good. The master bedroom is very nice, with plenty of storage in the 2 dressers to unpack for the week, and the closet has additional hanging space & shelves. We had plenty of provided bath & beach towels for the week without having to do any laundry. The TV's in the master bedroom & living room worked well (the TV in the back room is not hooked up to service), and the wifi was almost as fast as home and worked well too. Outside the front door, the patio & chairs afford a very nice view of the beach area. The landscaping is beautiful. The provided beach chairs are awesome & very comfortable. They sling over your shoulder like a backpack, and even have a little pillow for added comfort. The included parking pass is a very nice added bonus. We contacted the owners a couple times, and received quick replies. No cockroaches or bugs in this place! We have already recommended this condo to others, and will be back again!
