Located just beside The St. Augustine Alligator Farm, and St. Augustine Lighthouse, as well as walking distance to several restaurants and bars, Tiki Nest is a wonderful venue to relax and take in the beauty and history of St. Augustine. Rent bikes and enjoy a short less than one mile ride to Anastasia Park (3 miles to beach access), or a 1.5 mile ride over the Lion's Bridge and around the cobblestone streets of the Old City. Take in popular concerts in the St. Augustine Ampitheatre just a one mile walk away. The fully fenced backyard will become your favorite oasis for hanging out with family or friends, splashing in the pool, sunbathing, or resting in a hammock among the shady tropical foliage. Create your own sundowner at the tiki bar.

Tiki Nest has a spacious kitchen and living space which features an open floor plan and large breakfast and dining area perfect for family meals and games. The back screened porch is a great place for a morning cup of coffee, or an afternoon chat. The hammock cabanas are a great place to curl up with a favorite book. You will find all you need to prepare meals "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are outfitted with crisp white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft white towels and start up bath amenities.

For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with.

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

Lovely stay!!

Absolutely lovely stay at Tiki House. 5 stars!! (How does one book direct?) A couple of very minor things to report: --the kitchen could use a new cutting board --one of the pool chaise lounges has a broken slat and a wheel missing --one of the pool hammock chairs is torn and unusable But honestly it was so comfortable and pleasant. Many, many thanks. Also we think you should list Mojo Tacos as a good walkable food option. Great breakfast option.

St Augustine Retreat

This property is in a great location and was plenty of room for our family of 4. The neighborhood is nice and perfect for morning walks. The house is older but the kitchen area and bathrooms are nicely renovated. The furniture and family room rug are showing their age. The barstools at the kitchen island need to be replaced. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard pool area is ideal but needs some TLC. New patio furniture and some fresh paint would really improve the feel of that area. We had a couple minor issues during our stay and the property manager responded quickly, which was great. We would stay at this properties again in hopes that some updates are made in the meantime.

Peaceful pool

Really enjoyed having the pool all week. Spent every morning relaxing by the pool and some evenings (although I would've liked to have had lights for night swimming). Even though it was just my husband and I, we loved the house and its amenities. Our pets were comfy too. Only bummer, couldn't watch TV in the bedroom.

Stayed here for a week with my family and dog. House was very roomy. Back yard area was amazing. Spent most of our time there. House is located in nice quiet family suburb. Close to everything. Highly recommend!

Relaxing in the Tiki Nest

This home is in a great location. Basically between historic Saint Augustine and Saint Augustine beach, right across the A1A from the lighthouse. The four beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, although we didn’t use the pool. Sitting outside around the pool was nice. Check in and check out was easy. The house could use a little updating, however. Working with the people at My iTrip was great. Jordan was wonderful and accommodating us for everything we needed and the trips we were able to take advantage of. Thank you, Jordan and staff!

Excellent place to stay

The Tiki Nest is a fantastic place to stay. It is super close to all the attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The backyard is absolutely incredible and although it was freezing while we were here, my kids had the best time running around and playing. We had 9 people and we were all comfortable. The kitchen is super spacious and there are a lot of seats to accommodate people to eat. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saint Augustine; David will help you with anything you need while you are here; he is very responsive!

Great location

We had a great time over the holidays. The place is conveniently located just 6 minutes from the downtown historic district. There were plenty of dishes for everyone. The host was speedy to respond to any of our needs. The changes or adjustments I would make is to change the one-ply toilet paper.

Lights lights lights

Such a great spot. Can see the lighthouse so clearly from the driveway. The backyard is a very nice oasis. Even though it was too cold for us to use the pool it was very nice. We came for the nights of lights this weekend and it was great to be so close to the action but far enough away it was quiet. Would highly recommend. Beds were comfy and everything was nicely updated in the house. Appreciate too that it was a pet friendly place.

Great vacations at Tiki Nest

We enjoyed our stay at Tiki Nest. The backyard was very nice with the pool. The place has a big kitchen with new appliances and the house was spacious for a family of four and near from beaches and attractions. We give Tiki Nest a rate of 4 because the living room furnitures are not very comfortable and there is not a lot of light in the house.

Quiet, peaceful vacation

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. This neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The location of this house is fantastic and we were definitely comfortable here. A few things could truly make this house an incredible destination. Cozy bedding, a day or two of some TLC in the backyard area, and a good paint job inside would really go miles. All of the issues we had here were really aesthetics. A little thought would go a long way here. The pool was just wonderful, that was the huge star for us here. The washer/dryer/fridge all worked perfectly. We dined out for all our meals so I can’t speak to the other kitchen amenities. Hannah was incredible to deal with, she made sure we had what we needed and if we didn’t she got it to us. Mike was our savior with a little issue we had. We also really appreciated the complimentary tickets through explorie for some of the local attractions. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great St. Augustine Rental

Super cute home with new furnishings and everything needed to cook at the house. The backyard is what sold me! Awesome pool (although sun doesn’t hit it until noon or so) with Bluetooth speakers and a great screened-in porch for those afternoon showers. We had to buy gas for the grill because it was empty and I was caught off guard when the pool boy showed up in the backyard unannounced while sun bathing. There are only two loungers in the backyard and are made of hard wood with no cushions so extremely uncomfortable to try and lay out, but we made the best of it. Excellent location to downtown and the neighborhood is safe and great for walking. I would definitely stay at this rental again in the future.
