Welcome to incredible ocean views at Pier Point 57, your relaxation destination! This newly updated oceanfront condo was designed with the ultimate guest experience in mind! Pier Point South condos feature a meticulously maintained oceanfront pool, direct beach access, and incredible convenience to all the activities of the beach strip including the ocean pier and park where you can fish, play beach volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the splash pad. Favorite local eateries, coffee shops, as well as beach rental and beachwear shops are all within short walking distance.

Enjoy ocean and pool views from the open living area and the upstairs master bedroom. Take your favorite cup of coffee out to your private balcony where you can watch the sunrise, this is also the perfect place to enjoy a meal while taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Cook your favorite meals in the bright white, fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the table for great food and memories! The new sectional provides a comfortable seat for everyone in the living room to enjoy their favorite shows and movies on the large TV. For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with. 

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the stairs...and we were aware of that when we booked. Otherwise what a great place to stay! This place is super clean and stocked to the max with almost anything you might want or need. Plus it's so close to the beach...and that view! Another plus is there are lots of restaurants within walking distance and, of course, St Augustine is just a short car ride away. And the staff at iTrip/St Augustine were quick to reply anytime we had a question. We will definitely look into staying here again the next time we're in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo in St. Augustine. The view was beautiful, and the location was super convenient — close to restaurants but still quiet and private. The facilities were well kept, parking was easy, and the condo itself was super comfortable and spacious, especially the large couch with plenty of space to relax. We also appreciated the extra toiletries, which were a nice touch. Overall, a great stay and we’d absolutely come back.

Loving St Augustine

Wife and I enjoy the beach and this unit’s view of the beach 30 yards away was unparalleled. Roomy and comfortable. Bathrooms a little tight, but most time not spent there. The mattress in the second room was too firm and hurt my shoulders sleeping on sides. Ended up sleeping on couch two of the nights. But I’m in my 60’s and probably some shoulder arthritis being aggravated. So, this is really a subjective thing, the mattress. Still be nice to have a quality mattress, but that’s expensive, I know. Upstairs bedroom furniture seemed flimsy and cheap. The unit appeared renovated and was very nice overall. It was very clean upon arrival. The beach access was literally just steps from the unit. The pool was big and plenty of lounge chairs. Also just a few steps from unit.

Certainly better than described! Beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was outstanding. Unit was clean and had everything you need! Far exceeded my expectations and the price was more than reasonable. Wonderful Oceanfront Condo!

Pier Point 57 was such a great find for our stay in St Augustine Beach! A beautifully updated interior with all the necessities made our 3 nights here so enjoyable. It’s convenient to several restaurants & just a short drive into historic St Augustine. We loved having such close access to the beach as well as the pool, which was clean and refreshing in the summer heat. The hosts were very communicative and answered messages promptly. It really gave us the sense that they wanted us to be satisfied with our experience. Would definitely come back to Pier Point 57!

Just what I needed

Just got back from a week at Pier Point 57 and I just want to say it was just what I needed. Here is my review: The Pros: - Location - it was in walking distance to at least 3 restaurants, at least 3 ice cream shops, a donut shop, the pier was right next door, and obviously right on the beach. - The hosts were super responsive and quick to answer any questions. - The unit had everything I needed to make simple meals when we didn't eat out. - There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys available - The couch was super comfy to watch movies on after spending the day in the sun. - The pictures were exactly what everything looked like. - Did I mention the location right on the beach? We spent hours on the deck just people watching and listening to the waves. There were so many more stars at night than I can see at home. The Cons: - This is subjective, but the beds were harder than we liked and the pillows were pretty flat. - Ummmm...yeah that's it. This was my first time in St. Augustine and I really enjoyed it. The whole area was family and dog friendly and it was easy to get around. I'll be coming back.

Perfect location

We had a great stay ! Perfect view . We walked to places see to eat . Ice cream - pizza right next door and island donuts on the other side were to die for . Pool was clean and refreshing and quiet . Condo was very nice- with a perfect view. Beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms . The only complaint was they had 2 beach chairs which both were broken and could not use . They had 2 others thankfully and the kitchen garbage can stunk pretty bad . We tried to clean it but didn’t work . Kitchen has everything you need ! We had no issues so never needed to contact owner but they did great to make sure everything was good - they texted with everything you needed . The pier is next door which was nice but it costs 2 bucks to go on it . Downtown was maybe 15 minutes away and super easy to get too . My favorite part is how dog friendly St Augustine is. We did see dolphins and even a shark - which was pretty cool .

Great Family Trip to St. Augustine!

We stayed at Pier Point 57 right in the beach. Great beach and pool. The condo had beach towels, boogie board, chairs etc. Two floor condo with bedrooms upstairs. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen needs. The pool was very clean and perfect temp. There are grills if you choose to use them. We loved going to the beach first and then the pool. The historic area was so nice with lots of restaurants. Overall a very nice place to stay!

We had a great week at Pier Point 57. The condo was in the perfect location, close to the pool and right on the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance and the pier is right beside the resort. It wasn't too crowded and the resort was quiet and relaxing.
