We loved our condo! Very spacious and nice. I would say that cleaning/maintenance was the only issue - we found dirty pans in the cupboard and several light bulbs out. The front door lock was super difficult to get the door open (I think bottom knob needs to be replaced). Other then that, communication was super good and we would stay there again!

The place was clean with lots of room! The location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and John's Pass. The balcony was a favorite place for our morning coffee and watching the dolphins in the Gulf! We will be back!

We had a great time over the holidays. The place is conveniently located just 6 minutes from the downtown historic district. There were plenty of dishes for everyone. The host was speedy to respond to any of our needs. The changes or adjustments I would make is to change the one-ply toilet paper.

The home was perfect for what we needed. We were here for a music festival, first time to Austin for most of our group. The home was clean and well equipped with the basic necessities for our short stay. It was also conveniently located to our event site, airport and downtown Austin.

Perfectly clean, very well organized, close to Vail, Beaver Creek mountain, 2 minutes to town and City Market, Walmart etc. Everything expected to work in the house worked perfectly. Most important;ly very clean. Very happy that we chose this place. Itrip was very helpful. We had zero complain, no issue at all. Highly recommend this property and Itrip Vacations. Many thanks,
