My boyfriend and I spend a weekend in St Augustine and this place was the best decision. We loved it! It’s is super central, right in the downtown area, just a couple of minutes (walking) from all the main attractions. It was clean and well prepared. It should be noted that that the bed is right next to a window that’s right behind some rocking chairs on the porch. However, there are blinds on the window and curtains in the closet that you can put up for additional privacy, but people could potentially hear you and vice versa. We stayed in 2 nights during our trip, it was raining one night and then we were just tired the next day, and a couple people sat in the chairs but they didn’t stay long/weren’t loud at all so it wasn’t a bother. If you plan to be out most of the time then this is a real non-issue. There was a note from the owners that during some weekends and holidays there could be a fair bit of noise from the street. We could hear the comings and goings of other residents in the shared front foyer but nothing outrageous by any means and we didn’t hear anything from the street. Also the place was a little humid, but that’s something normal, due to the age of the construction so it’s not going to be perfect. Overall, we loved the place. We liked the fact that we could walk everywhere, and the neighborhood seems very safe and peaceful. We had a lot of fun! It was a nice little trip. Great experience!

Nice place with all the amenities. Excellent location, close to downtown, attractions, winery, distillery, restaurants, etc. We never had to use our car.

We arrived at the Casita ll and were able to get in without any issues. It was pretty much as described. Small but very clean. Construction is being done next-door, but a bag of foam earplugs have been left next to the bed. The owners had left some coffee and a little sugar, which is very nice as that is the most important part of vacation to me… Coffee. There was no place to put away clothes, except a closet with a few hangers. I would like to of seen at least a small chest just to put some things away. Otherwise I thought the place was nice, it wasn't luxurious but we did not pay for luxury. The bed was very comfortable . if I were to come back to this area I would certainly consider staying here again

For the amount of money we paid, I thought it would be a little nicer. It looks better in pictures. When you walk in the building, it wreaks of weed I’m guessing from the other tenants that seem to live there. Neighborhood is kind of scetchy. For the 3 nights we stayed, it was alright. I probably won’t ever stay again though. I thought it was priced too high for what it was. The hosts were friendly though.

Plastic ( pollster) sheets should be banned. I went to the store and bought 100% cotton for my stay. Kitchen flatware looks like the least expensive from the dollar store. Rachael was very helpful in getting tv tuned.
