Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Main Level Bedroom: A queen bed set beneath open wood beams, with a large arched window looking out over the valley, a mirrored closet, and a private desk nook.

Loft Bedroom: A queen bed tucked beneath a sloped, beamed ceiling on the home's upper level. It's open via stairs to the entry below rather than closed off behind a door of its own, with two low, angled windows framing mountain views on either side. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, a glass walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, a ceiling fan, a work desk, and quick access to the full hall bathroom, which has a vanity plus a separate glass-enclosed shower and toilet.

The Experience

A hand-painted sign by the front door reads "Hummingbird Alley, 5A," and it's the first hint that this place has some personality. You'll climb one short flight of stairs up from the parking area (your reserved space is right there) to reach the front door, and from the moment you step inside, the vaulted wood ceilings and wall of windows pull your eye straight to the mountains across the valley. Southwestern textiles and local art fill the walls, the kind of details that make a condo feel more like a mountain home.

The kitchen, dining, and living room all open into one another beneath those same peaked, beamed ceilings, with a round table that seats the whole group for dinner. Slide the doors open to the balcony and you're grilling with a direct line of sight to the slopes in the distance, with the community pool tucked into the trees below. It's an easy space to cook in, linger in, and watch the light change over the mountains from.

Upstairs, the loft bedroom is its own kind of retreat: a queen bed under a sloped, beamed ceiling with low windows on either side. It's a lovely spot for a couple who wants a little separation from the main floor, just know going in that it's not a fully enclosed room, so sound carries a bit between the two levels. The queen bedroom, on the main level, is a private bedroom, with a big arched window over the valley. The third bedroom, with two twin beds, works well for kids or two adults and sits just off the entry.

Snowmass Village itself is right outside your door, lifts, trails, and restaurants all within easy reach via the local shuttle, and with one assigned parking space and in-unit laundry, this is a place built for settling in and enjoying the combination of convenience and tranquility. Whether you're skiing in winter or hiking those green hillsides in summer, 5A gives you a comfortable, character-filled home base to come back to at the end of the day.
