This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends interested in finding an affordable vacation rental with great amenities in the heart of all the action. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom offers great flexible bedding to accommodate a wide variety of travel companions. You will find a queen bed and a twin bunk bed in this room along with a flat screen TV and an en-suite bath. The den area can be closed off with an accordion door and is appointed with two twin day beds, providing a total of 6 separate beds to sleep up to 8 people.
The living/kitchen area also has an adjoining den and all spaces provide ample seating for relaxing and dining. The open floor plan with comfortable indoor furnishings along with the patio table on the balcony offers many gathering spots for great conversation with your traveling companions during your stay. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare all your favorite dishes during your vacation. The amazing ski-in and out access you have when staying at the Shadowbrook makes it simple to take a midday break for a quick lunch in the condo! Unit 204 is on the second floor with easy access via the elevator or stairs. The incredible restaurants in Snowmass are all within a short walk so dining out is also just as convenient.
Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a complimentary covered parking spot for one vehicle however the local free shuttle service is just 1/2 block away and can take you to the grocery or the main transit station to catch a free shuttle to any of the other ski mountains. A car is definitely not necessary when staying at Shadowbrook. A free laundry room is located in your building for convenient laundering if needed.
