Featuring 4 beds, it is a perfect choice for 4 singles traveling together on a summer or winter getaway, a small family coming to enjoy tubing and sledding in the winter or hiking and biking in the summer, or a couple looking for a property where they can hot tub after a long day hiking in the mountains. If convenience, style and value are what you are looking for, this newly remodeled condo is an ideal place to call home during your stay in Snowmass.

In the winter you will enjoy the proximity to the ski slope, pool and hot tub this condo provides. In the summer months you can pedal your bike right over to the amazing mountain biking trails on Snowmass Mountain or the paved bike trail you can ride all the way to Aspen. Take advantage of the Snowmass free roundtrip shuttle service from Snowmass to Aspen. Combine the incredible location with the outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a sauna and small fitness room at the Aspenwood Condos and you have a perfect spot to call home during your time visiting Snowmass. Year-round this condo is a great place to enjoy your Snowmass vacation with family or friends.

This condo is located on the 2nd floor. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed.

Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Beautifully refinished studio plus loft. Stayed here with my husband, 2 daughters and a boyfriend. Plenty of space for all of us. Very easy access to the slopes to ski down to village express. Can walk to all of the restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little mountain nest

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this sweet little studio with loft. (Not suitable for very little kids-as the loft is high and open ladder stair for access!) Unit is very well located to the slopes-short walk- and is just off the upper mall-so easy access to dining, shops and BOWLING! Fun to take the “Skittles” gondola down at night to lower mall-more dining, ice skating(free!) and delicious artisan ice cream. Snowmass is a fantastic family mountain with skiing levels for everyone. Beautiful facilities everywhere!

We truly enjoyed our vacation to Snowmass. The skiing was great. Our condo was in a great location. Be aware that condo is on 3rd floor. We had everything we needed at the condo.To ski, you just walk down the street, but your skis on and away you go! I would suggest that the unit definitely needs a new coffee maker! We hope to return next year.

Great first trip to Snowmass

We just returned from a week-long stay at Aspenwood J12, and we loved it. It was our first trip to Snowmass, and we weren't sure what to expect. We are a family of 5 - 2 parents, 3 kids ages 9, 7, and 5. This unit fit our needs almost perfectly. The loft was fun and comfortable sleeping quarters for kids these ages. And after long days skiing or exploring, my husband and I slept well in the downstairs queen bed. The welcome amenities provided by iTrip were generous. Since it's not easy to get to a store to pick up supplies, things like trash bags, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, paper towels, etc in starter quantities were very much appreciated. The kitchen is fairly well-stocked with everything we needed to cook simple meals. The unit is clean and instructions for accessing the community's features are well-noted in the kitchen. As for location, we accessed everything through the nearby Snowmass Mall. The bus stop, rental shops, and Sky Cap Gondola are all easily reached from this unit. For this price (especially in peak season when we visited), you can't beat the location. The staff at iTrip were very responsive when we had a question, no matter the day of the week. Emails sent with information leading up to our stay were well-timed and very informative. Our only small issue was with the hot water. It worked fine, but we had to learn a strategy to make sure we all got hot showers. Don't use the full water pressure level on the showers, and it usually lasts. Everything this condo brings for the price compared to nearby properties is outstanding. We would visit again any time we are in the area, and highly recommend it for groups with kids that will be happy to sleep in the loft.

We loved our cozy loft! The unit was steps away from the ski runs and Snowmass mall. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The fireplace inside was a really nice touch. The hot tub and pool provided really nice amenities. There was even a grill out there for guests! Overall, wonderful!

Great Place - Awesome Location

I was attending a conference at the Westin Conference Center and brought my mother, sister and 2 kids so they could ski/snowboard as well. The place was in an awesome location, literally a minute walk away from the conference center, the slopes and the pool/hot tub!! It looks just like the pictures! We used all the beds. The loft is not for tall people as you have to duck to get to the second bed, but it was fine for me and my younger 13 year old son. My 15 year old son slept on the pullout couch - he said it was as adequate as a pullout is expected. The main bed is next to the refrigerator so if you are sensitive to noise, earplugs might be helpful. We had all the dishes and utensils that we needed, linens were adequately stocked and there were plenty of hangers. Nice storage closet for skis/boards outside but not quite big enough for all 5 of our snowboards/skis and boots. We placed our snowboard bags in the entry way to protect the floor from the melting snow from all the items that didn’t fit in the closet. The hosts were very attentive and had all kinds of info available about the property and the local area. Instructions were very clear and comprehensive, no surprises. Again, we had a great time! The place was nice and clean and I would stay again!

The condo is cozy. Good size for four adults. It was very clean and kitchen had everything you would need. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The fridge is bit noisier that one would prefer, especially as one bed is right next to the fridge.

We stayed with our teen children. It was a comfortable space that allowed everyone to ski on their own time both in departing from and returning to the condo. We had one minor situation due to there not being a DVD player as advertised. We would have been fine without it - yet the situation was rectified in less than a day. We would definitely stay there again.
