We have stayed at 51 Seagull Way for 3 years and just love the house and location. Close to the beach as well as an easy drive to Rehoboth and Ocean City. Having everything on one level made it easy for our 17 month old grandson to have maximum availability to the entire family. Just wish it had another bedroom as we are almost growing out of it. Love it!!

Beyond my expectations. Fast service or rather immediate service if there is a problem. The place we are staying has everything. Extra perks are offered-swimming pool, exercise room, sauna and some free admissions to local places of interest. I can walk to the beach.They were able to find me exceptional rates, and I would highly recommend them. PERFECT!

Great little place! Mixon is such a cool little community and this property is convenient to amenities. The rear common courtyard is charming and it’s just a walk across the street to the Mixon Market. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this unit....inside and out!! Incredible view and tasteful decor. Great location relative to the commercial services at South Beach and the beach. Could not have been better. And the rental agency was completely responsive and helpful at all times. We will be back.

Overall a wonderful house but it has seen better days... Pros - Huge deck, Great views, secluded, plenty of space, great dock for swimming. Cons - Deck is in need of repair lots of slivers and lifted nails, hot tub did not work the entire visit even though reported the first day, crazy small kitchen for house of that size, sewage smell
