And FYI, we're just 14.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. House Rules

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.


All photos (furnishings subject to change), amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate. We supply starter shampoo, soaps, paper products, firewood where applicable and hotel-quality towels and linens. We do not provide laundry detergent due to allergies.

Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection insurance policy.


NOTE: The county has imposed a Public Health Order restricting party size at a single property to 10 or fewer people from no more than 2 households (household defined as those who normally reside together). You further understand that by violating this Order you are subject to a $5,000 fine and 18 months in jail. By making a reservation you will be affirming and certifying that your party meets these restrictions. This Order is subject to change at any time.


PLEASE NOTE: There is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND, including vaping, inside, on patio/deck/balcony, or anywhere within vicinity of building.

Renter MUST be 25 years of age and present during stay.

Occupancy and stated number of vehicles is strictly enforced by HOAs, City and County under penalty of fine. Additional vehicles may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. If fines are levied, guest is liable for the full amount.

Booked 2br 2ba condo for my daughter and I to ski in Silverthorne. It was a great location to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail was under an hour. Booking was easy. Communication was great. Instructions for finding, entering and using facilities was clear and concise. It is on the first floor which is great! Has a gas fireplace and full kitchen area. Upon entering it was very clean and toasty!!! It was warm and inviting. There is a hot tub a quick walk from the condo. It’s inside a glass enclosure. Great way to end your day skiing. A perfect ski condo! We had a couple small issues and I emailed Mat to tell him. He responded immediately and took care of it. They offered a service for someone to come to the condo to fit me for rental equipment. No waiting at the ski resort!!! I was fitted with boots, skis, poles and helmet! I had my own goggles otherwise they had those too. Next morning we were first in line at the lift!!! The town had everything. Starbucks, Whole Foods, restaurants! Great location. I’d stay again.

The house was perfect. The downstairs unit is easy to get your stuff in and out. Loved the long hallway to put all our skis and boots. Having a washer and dryer is a plus. It was a short walk to the hot tub perfect for a long after ski day. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Including a humidifier. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
