Loved the condo-- the location was great for our needs, well-equipped, in good condition, garage was great. Our ONLY complaint is that the beds in the bunk room were extremely loud (creaked, squeaked, etc)-- sounded like they were sleeping on plastic and made noise every time sometime turned over. Just sending feedback as this is a simple fix-- we were very happy with our stay overall.

Perfect St. Augustine getaway!

1 Fletcher Street had everything you might need on vacation! The kitchen has more gadgets that are in my kitchen, there's a washer/dryer, there's a half bathroom on the main floor and a full bathroom on the top floor. It's so close to everything in historic St. Augustine so you can walk with ease.

Great stay for a big group!

Eclectic Eva was an awesome house for our big group! There was plenty of space for everyone - the house is huge/great and the pictures don't do it justice. Great location and walking distance to South Congress. The hot tub and outdoor space were awesome. Overall I'd highly recommend the house and iTrip was incredibly easy to work with.

The property was as described. It was a convenient location to downtown shops and restaurants. We were able to ride our bikes into downtown St Augustine to travel to the fort and to other attractions.

Our family enjoyed staying at the Bella Mar The home had plenty of room for our family of 10. The kitchen had everything needed. The neighborhood was nice and the walk to the beach was just a few minutes. Very clean home.
