This cabin was such a great space to share with families for our cheer competition. The accommodations were spot on; however, there were a few problems including the upper level shower leaking into the kitchen when it was used, a ladybug infestation inside, and a critter of some kind is living in the upstairs king room. It kept us up all night running the rafters and squeaking. We loved the location and scenic views but some attention to the cabin is needed.

We always appreciate feedback and consider it vital to help us maintain a premium property. The issues described in this review had not been reported by previous guests and were not reported by the guest during their stay. We would have been happy to address each immediately had we known. Following the guests departure, we did find considerable trash and damage resulting in over $500 in damage and cleaning fees to include replacement of a vanity top and a commode seat. The repairs have been made and the cabin is in excellent condition.

Our cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is exactly as you see on the website.....and possibly even better in person. The views off of BOTH porches are breathtaking and the towns of Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge are all amazing!!! Thanks so much.

The main thing I was looking forward to was having a hot tub. First time we turned the jets on it shot out green mold. We reported it and the cleaners came 2 days later to clean it. The next night I tried to use it there was a brownish slimy gunk all around the rim of the tub. I wiped it all off with a cloth and was hoping to use it tonight but when I took the cover off a lot of water had leaked out so when I turned the jets on it shot water over the top rails of the porch with force so I didnt use it. I have 2 days left here and have yet to be able to get in it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ALSO, just for your knowledge there is a water leak from the bathroom in the bunk bed room which poured water all over the kitchen bar every time anyone showered. The house is nice and Im not the type to complain about stuff but $2,000 is a good bit of money and I was pretty disappointed.

Spent a fantastic week at Falcon's Nest in a combined family getaway. The cabin was perfect for the ten of us. Plenty of room to sleep and keep the kids and adults separated when necessary. It was clean and well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised at the quantity and quality of the pots, pans and utensils (we tend to buy food for the week and do most of our own cooking). The view was amazing! We couldn't spend enough time on the deck just taking in the Smoky Mountain splendor. We were even able to clearly see the Dollywood fireworks every night. The location was also perfect. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, but far enough away to just be in the mountains. Even though there are cabins on either side of you, you never feel like you are surrounded by people. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If we return to this area for a vacation, we will definitely look to stay at this property again. Thank you for enhancing our family vacation.
