If shopping is your thing, the tax free Delaware Outlets are less than 30 minutes away. For concerts, check out the Freeman Stage less than a mile away. Amusement parks and all kinds of activities for kids are all within 10 minutes of this convenient condo.

This is a family resort where you can relax like you should on a vacation. This townhouse is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a beautiful living room, dining room, kitchen and a 3-season porch, washer/dryer, central AC. The living room also has cable TV and a DVD player. Wireless internet is available at the pools. Main TV and all connections were unhooked, i had to call Sundance Vacations Travel Advantage Network (TAN) @5 times and requested for maintenance guy come over. He stated he only got notified the last time i had called them. That is Very unacceptable. No instructions on how to hook anything up ( Main TV/internet/etc.), missing batteries for the remotes, 2 blinds broken in the family room at the sliding glass door, bedroom blind in master bedroom didn't work, confusion of which lights switches belong to what, they should of been labeled. No TV access to the TV in the twin bedroom because unknown persons took the Comcast box so you could only watch TV in the master bedroom and the family room, my guest could not watch TV in this room, the ice maker was total removed from the wall in the refig. so i had to try and figure it out and re-attempt to place it back correctly so we could have some ice in the refig., plus the freezer had ice on the glass plate and underneath it . I had to wipe it down. The dvd didn't work at first but once we got all the batteries from the Maintenance guy I was able to figure stuff out but I wasn't happy that i am supposed to be on vacation and it was obvious to me that no one had checked the property out in advance prior my arrival. Their was numerous scuff marks on the wall throughout the condo on the walls, the wall switch by the steps that go to upstairs was loose, the outdoor front door light didn't work until the maintenance guy replaced the light bulb, the shower head was loose. I brought everything to the attention of the maintenance guy and I believe I spoke to Keith the manager about things as well. The fireplace also did not work. Also the utensils were old and cheap, they should be replaced because they bend easy, the pots in the lower cabinet were extremely old and should be replace with new one. FOR THE RECORD I HOPE THAT NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT I HAD GONE THROUGH. I sure hope my next vacation is not like this one. I did like the location but not all the issues at hand. AND AS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I suggest you all work on that issues. Over-all, without the all the issues, the location is great and the manager of the property and the maintenance guy they were extremely nice.
