iTrip made planning this rental so much easier. The house was as advertised and I enjoyed my stay. The house had a few minor issues, but iTrip was responsive, professional and quick. I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Josh, in particular.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Capri 1106. The condo is super clean and comfortable. The view of the bay and the ocean were incredible. I will definitely go again. Five stars! It is also very close to many good restaurants. I recommend Liquid Assets.

We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear lodge. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the outdoor pool within walking distance. When we discovered we needed pillow cases the owners immediately took care of it. Being on the 4th floor it is a little warm at night in the summer. Another fan in the room would be helpful.

This place is the perfect place to stay! Great views and a very nice screened in porch! Perfect layout of the house with plenty of room for a family! Very convenient to the community pool, grocery shopping less than 10 min away, and plenty of parking outside the condo. Nice neighborhood to take a walk in too! Would definitely return and we highly recommend!!

What a great time we had! The complex where this house is located has everything you will need. We never left the complex (except to grocery shop) because there were pools, entertainment, restaurants, and much more very close by. The house was very nice and the management staff very friendly and helpful.
