This home has a great floor plan featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bath that sleeps 6. The living room has a sleeper sofa (Queen size), love seat, chair, 55” Smart TV with cable and a desk to offer some work space. Just off the living room is the arcadia door that leads you to the back patio with outdoor seating. Be sure to make some time to BBQ on the gas grill and enjoy the nice front courtyard with outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs for a great night in. It includes cooktop stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee maker and Traditional coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The dining Room seats 6 plus there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. No reason to go home with dirty laundry there is a washer and dryer in the garage for your use during your stay.

The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, 40” Smart TV with cable and a private master bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. There is also direct access to the back patio with outdoor seating. The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo.

Enjoy the community pool (heated) and spa as well as the tennis court about a quarter mile from the home up the walking path out the back door.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

House Rules:
  • Guest agrees to leave the premises, and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises, upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected. Guests are responsible and will be charged for damages caused beyond normal wear and tear to the premises. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage to be removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
  • Do NOT take pool cleaners out of the pool (if applicable) or you will be charged for damage it causes
  • The occupants shall not: exceed the sleeping capacity, use the premises for any illegal activity, cause damage to the premises or to any neighboring properties or other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. If the Tenants are not abiding by quiet time hours of 10:00pm(MST-AZ) and 7:00am(MST-AZ) and the police are called out or the owner receives a violation and/or fine for any disturbances the Tenant will be charged a minimum of $100 or the amount of the actual fine
  • No BBQ grills, open flames or candle burning is allowed in the unit w/ the exception of a wood burning fireplace available for use. Do not dismantle smoke detectors
  • Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the unit. Pets are not allowed on premises unless advertised as pet friendly and pet fee is paid. Tenant is responsible to pick up dog waste and pay for damages caused by the pet(s). Breach of Smoking or Pet Policy will result in immediate termination & $500 fine per policy breached will be charged to Tenant
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25. We require at least 1 member of the party to be 25 years old. Violators will be evicted & forfeit all monies
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises for these reasons: in case of an emergency; to make necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with 24 hours notice of intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency)
  • Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Arizona & local laws while on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Arizona or the above rules will cause tenant to vacate the premises & forfeit all monies
  • No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or phone. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. No refunds for early departure
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the Manager and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited; to heating, air conditioning, appliances, tubs, pools, spas, pontoon boat, kayaks, televisions, etc. 
  • Parking at the premises may be limited. Homes may allow more cars depending on how many parking spaces there is on the driveway. The Owner cannot be held liable if your vehicle violates local parking ordinances and cannot be held responsible should your vehicle be towed. The cities may have strict restrictions on the parking of vehicles on the street overnight. Any fines incurred from the community HOA for parking of vehicles will be reassessed to the Guest. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
  • Linens and towels provided. Lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. An initial setup of toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, and soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
  • There is no daily maid service. Prior to arrival, Unit has been cleaned. If housekeepers have missed something, please notify us immediately so we can come and take care of it. 
  • All door keys, pontoon boat, pool keys, or garage door openers (if applicable) are to be returned to the unit upon move-out by the Guest. There will be a $15.00 charge per door key, $75.00 for pontoon boat key replacement and pool key/key card, $75.00 per garage door remote, $75.00 per key phob if not returned on check-out date. If you leave anything behind that requires it to be shipped back to you there will be an automatic $25 service fee + the cost of shipping. 
  • Owner or Owner's Agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency, to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements or to supply necessary or agreed upon services. Owner will provide Guest with at least 48 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control
  • Guest hereby acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a community, private pool, spa, hot tub, Pontoon boat, kayaks or deck/patio the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that these can be very dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, that there are potential dangers that may be present for children who are not carefully supervised, or if the guests are intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, pregnant or have other health risks. You agree that you are swimming in the pool and spa at your own risk. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Guest accepts, agrees, and assumes all risks discussed above to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur to the Guest and all other occupants in or related to the use of these above areas. The Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Itrip, Dream Vacation Rentals LLC, or the owner for accidents or claims arising from the guest’s use of the Pool, Spas, or Patio areas. Guest expressly relieves and indemnifies Managers from any and all liability and responsibility for compliance with any applicable pool barrier laws and regulations. 
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time

A couple weeks in the desert

Very clean and nice place that is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bed is super comfortable and the unit is close to the community pool. Also a short walk to the large park in Scottsdale for running or long walks. Perfect location. I would only recommend that the carpet in the main bedroom gets a good cleaning. The entrance (of mostly cream carpet) is almost black with dirt. I am sure it is just from guest wearing shoes in the place but it is a bit unsightly. I just used a bathmat to cover it during our stay. Thanks for sharing your place.

Wonderful House

Great location, close to Old Town and the canal path. Beautiful complex with multiple pools and lovely green spaces. House is well equipped, and everything is in perfect condition. Two nice outdoor spaces with excellent furnishings. Excellent wi-fi. Safeway right around the block. Bathrooms, kitchen, and all appliances like new. New washer and dryer in the garage. Small gas Weber grill for BBQ. Would rent again in a minute. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Condo Great Location

Rented this condo for a few days when we came for Waste Management Open. It was about 20 minutes to golf course and about 5-10 min to Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Excellent location! Condo is remodeled and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked - had everything we needed and more. Very easy for 2 couples to stay at and have their own space. Complex has several pools and a hot tub and is very quiet / peaceful. My only recommendation would be to put some rugs in the bathrooms. Would definitely rent here again or recommend to friends.

Very Enjoyable Stay!

My husband and I absolutely loved this unit as well as the Sunrise Villa complex! The unit is clean, well stocked, and the bed is super comfortable! The location is nice and close to all Scottsdale has to offer. The complex is well maintained, the pools are heated and clean, and the residents are friendly. Highly recommend staying here in your next trip to AZ. We’ll definitely be back!
