Come enjoy the perfect retreat in Fountain Hills, our single story home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and the private backyard is the icing on the cake. It’s perfect for entertaining featuring a heated pool, large covered patio with outdoor dining and seating along with a 39” TV, lounge chairs by the pool, built in BBQ grill with island and bar stools to visit while grilling those burgers and during the colder months everyone can enjoy the gas fire pit with built-in seating! It’s the perfect place for everyone to unwind and get away from it all! (There is a $60.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through May 31st. Pool will not be heated any other month. We cannot guarantee any exact temperature for the pool or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature). You are just a short drive to all conveniences including Safeway, restaurants plus hiking & biking trails.

If you are looking to get away from it all plus have the comforts of your own home you will enjoy the layout and nicely equipped kitchen that features refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, cookware, toaster, kitchen utensils and traditional and a Keurig coffee maker. There are 2 barstools at the kitchen island plus seating for 6 at the dining table situated just off the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the living room with a comfortable large sectional sofa, a 65” Smart TV w/ YouTube TV to catch up on all your favorite shows and a decorative fireplace only.

The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed, 50” Smart TV w/ YouTube TV, dresser, walk in closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The first guest bedroom features a King size bed, a 40” Smart TV w/ YouTube TV and dresser and the second guest bedroom features two Queen size beds, and a 40” Smart TV w/ YouTube TV. The guest bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

Our professional cleaners use CDC-approved products to sanitize and disinfect each of our properties.

House Rules:
  • Guest agrees to leave the premises, and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises, upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected. Guests are responsible and will be charged for damages caused beyond normal wear and tear to the premises. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage to be removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
  • Do NOT take pool cleaners out of the pool (if applicable) or you will be charged for damage it causes
  • The occupants shall not: exceed the sleeping capacity, use the premises for any illegal activity, cause damage to the premises or to any neighboring properties or other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. If the Tenants are not abiding by quiet time hours of 10:00pm(MST-AZ) and 7:00am(MST-AZ) and the police are called out or the owner receives a violation and/or fine for any disturbances the Tenant will be charged a minimum of $100 or the amount of the actual fine
  • No BBQ grills, open flames or candle burning is allowed in the unit w/ the exception of a wood burning fireplace available for use. Do not dismantle smoke detectors
  • Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the unit. Pets are not allowed on premises unless advertised as pet friendly and pet fee is paid. Tenant is responsible to pick up dog waste and pay for damages caused by the pet(s). Breach of Smoking or Pet Policy will result in immediate termination & $500 fine per policy breached will be charged to Tenant
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25. We require at least 1 member of the party to be 25 years old. Violators will be evicted & forfeit all monies
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises for these reasons: in case of an emergency; to make necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with 24 hours notice of intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency)
  • Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Arizona & local laws while on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Arizona or the above rules will cause tenant to vacate the premises & forfeit all monies
  • No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or phone. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. No refunds for early departure
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the Manager and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited; to heating, air conditioning, appliances, tubs, pools, spas, pontoon boat, kayaks, televisions, etc. 
  • Parking at the premises may be limited. Homes may allow more cars depending on how many parking spaces there is on the driveway. The Owner cannot be held liable if your vehicle violates local parking ordinances and cannot be held responsible should your vehicle be towed. The cities may have strict restrictions on the parking of vehicles on the street overnight. Any fines incurred from the community HOA for parking of vehicles will be reassessed to the Guest. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
  • Linens and towels provided. Lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. An initial setup of toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, and soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
  • There is no daily maid service. Prior to arrival, Unit has been cleaned. If housekeepers have missed something, please notify us immediately so we can come and take care of it. 
  • All door keys, pontoon boat, pool keys, or garage door openers (if applicable) are to be returned to the unit upon move-out by the Guest. There will be a $15.00 charge per door key, $75.00 for pontoon boat key replacement and pool key/key card, $75.00 per garage door remote, $75.00 per key phob if not returned on check-out date. If you leave anything behind that requires it to be shipped back to you there will be an automatic $25 service fee + the cost of shipping. 
  • Owner or Owner's Agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency, to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements or to supply necessary or agreed upon services. Owner will provide Guest with at least 48 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control
  • Guest hereby acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a community, private pool, spa, hot tub, Pontoon boat, kayaks or deck/patio the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that these can be very dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, that there are potential dangers that may be present for children who are not carefully supervised, or if the guests are intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, pregnant or have other health risks. You agree that you are swimming in the pool and spa at your own risk. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Guest accepts, agrees, and assumes all risks discussed above to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur to the Guest and all other occupants in or related to the use of these above areas. The Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Itrip, Dream Vacation Rentals LLC, or the owner for accidents or claims arising from the guest’s use of the Pool, Spas, or Patio areas. Guest expressly relieves and indemnifies Managers from any and all liability and responsibility for compliance with any applicable pool barrier laws and regulations. 
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time

Everything in the house was great! Wonderful outside area for cooking and dining. Management was very responsive, answering an email question we had in minutes! Kitchen was well equipped. House was close to restaurants, hiking trails, boat tours, etc. We were extremely pleased with our stay!

We fell in love with this place. It has a very warm and inviting presence and all of the amenities that anyone would need for a relaxing vacation. They got all the little things right and you can tell that the home is very well cared for. The check-in and checkout process was very easy and we had zero issues during our six day stay. The home itself sits in a beautiful little neighborhood centrally located to get all over. The pool and backyard setting is incredibly inviting and was perfect for our family of five. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay in Scottsdale!

We visit often and decided to do an extended stay (1 week) and looked for a house that fit what we were looking for. Outdoor living space with TV, firepit, BBQ, seating etc., comfortable indoor space, and location. Little did we know we'd find it all on our trip at this house! The house was nicely decorated, very clean & had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We had a minor issue with the A/C but the top notch communication we received had the issue fixed promptly. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the main streets to get to Fountain Hills or Scottsdale. We took in many of the local restaurants and were able to hit a couple rounds of golf as well, all less than a 30 minute drive from this location. If the need is there again, we will definitely look at staying here in the future.
