The view of the beach was the reason I selected this condo, and it was everything I had hoped for. We rented a one bedroom condo that also had a sleeper in the living room and a set of bunks in the hallway. The size was adequate for my husband and me, but I believe more adults in the unit would have felt crowded. The bathroom was small.

This was a great condo. We all agreed that our stay was the best and we would without a doubt rent this condo again. We had zero issues and we loved waking up and heading to the screened in lanai to drink our coffee. The view of the beach and grounds were great. There really are many superlatives to this condo and Pointe Santo. Well furnished with everything.

Such a beautiful home! It’s our taste and we’d buy it in a heartbeat. Felt right at home right away. There were some appliance issues, but it was due to the recent renovations. Maintenance and reservation folks top notch! Would stay here again.

Thanksgiving week at the beach

Everything was really nice, the unit is well laid out and comfortable, clean and well stocked. My only concern was that the front door was a bit difficult to open and close, and when we thought it was closed from inside, it really wasn't secure, and our 20 mos old baby feel back and hit her head on the concrete...other than the front door challenge, it was a 10/10. We would go back again.

The condo was very clean and much more spacious than it appeared from the pictures. The extras offered (winery tour, bike rental, golf, water park) were not in Bethany, and had many restrictions (only one person could use water park admission per day), so they were pretty useless. The dryer didn't work well at all, so we just hung the clothes out on the screened in porch.
