Tennessee Tides - 3BR/3BA Charming Beach Style Cottage in Seagrove Beach Florida! Short walk to the Beach! Two free bikes!

Our charming beach cottage is located at the end of a quiet street, right off of 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach, just minutes away from the beach and famous Seaside. Tennessee Tides was an original Seagrove Beach Bungalow, one of the very first along 30A! The bungalow was originally built in the 1940's, and had two additional levels added on in the early 2000's. It was recently remodeled and updated with beautiful ship lap walls and ceilings, beautiful vinyl tile flooring, brand new kitchen and appliances and all newly remodeled bathrooms! As soon as you walk into the home, you instantly get the true "beach cottage feel", along with all of the modern amenities of a 30A beach home! The home is surrounded on every level with wrap around screened in porches, and seating on each. The downstairs screened in porch area is equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also a covered patio area out front with a gas grill!

We were disappointed in this property. The pictures make it look better than it is. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated but everything else is old and a little creepy. The yard hasn't been mowed in forever. The backyard is very overgrown - I would not step outside in it. There were big water bugs in the house - those that look like roaches but they aren't. The air conditioning for the top floor went out; however, it did get fixed the next day. We arrived on Saturday and by the time we wanted to watch tv, it was late. We couldn't get any of the tv's to work and I didn't want to bother anyone on Sunday. When I called on Monday it was fixed quickly. I will say that Jason was amazing - the numerous times I called, he responded quickly. I appreciated him so this is not about Jason. This property is no where close to being worth what we paid - $2,653.00

This home was recently remodeled but seems to have been a "cheaper" remodel. Flooring was missing is some spots. Light fixtures are just lightbulbs with no covers. No floor length mirror anywhere in the house. Coffee pot needs to be replaced with one that's not the cheapest one you can find at walmart. We had to constantly watch it or the grounds would overflow into the pot. Went through several wasted pots of coffee. Other than that the home was nice and in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tennessee Tides. The house is very inviting. The house has a nice screened in porch that wraps around part of the property. It has a nice updated kitchen and flooring. The bathrooms showers appear very new and look great. Three levels of living space allows you to house quite a few people. The only draw back is there are a lot of stairs but overall not a big deal. Great location which allows for a short walk to more private area of the beach. Very close to Seaside for great access to restaurants, food trucks, and shopping. Overall a great stay and we look forward to another one in the future.

Tennessee Tides is the perfect blend of bungalow charm and modern luxury. The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated with a spa-like tranquility... even my seven year old enjoyed a soak in the claw foot tub! The house is very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The open floor plan is great for gathering with friends and family. And our favorite amenity - THREE screened-in porches! We would highly recommend Tennessee Tides!
