Our condo in downtown Steamboat was lovely. We have stayed at Howelson Place many times, but not in this particular unit, or with itrip. The staff was very attentive. Answering any questions that arose with in minutes. The unit was clean and orderly.

Very nice home with large master bedroom and bath. Well stocked in a very nice neighborhood. Pool was dirty from extreme winds previous day and crew was out very quickly when I called. Very happy with home and service.

Ever thing went well, we had a great week. The unit could use some new pots and pans and we had trouble with the HVAC. The Master bedroom/bathroom were always very cold. Not sure what the 2 different thermostats were for?? Maybe that was the problem all along? Are they both functional?? Thanks again, itrip was great and Rob was very responsive.

Unit 2 is a very comfortable condo. It is close to the beach and very clean. It is nicely furnished with up to date appliances and furniture. We enjoyed our stay due to it's convenience to everything on the south strand. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice pet friendly condo.

The perfect spot! We loved our stay at the Yellow Rose. Super easy access to the beach. Great amount of space in the house (we had 5 adults and 5 kiddos). The house was clean and we love the decor. Property manager was very responsive to any of our questions. We've already booked our next trip!
