"Sola 5," is a 2BR 1 1/2 BA town-home located along the beautiful Emerald Coast, in the heart of Seagrove Beach. You can enjoy secluded views of nature all while being a short walk to the beach! This cozy townhome is walking distance to many great restaurants, is a short drive to Seaside, and is conveniently located close to all of the best things 30A has to offer! The townhome itself is located in Cassine Gardens, but while staying there you are able to use all the amenities in the attached neighborhood of Cassine Village!
While staying at Sola 5, you can enjoy serene views from two balconies facing the front of the home, or the back where you will enjoy watching the birds in the trees over the nature trail. The back porch oasis is also a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Whether you are inside hanging out with the family, or outside enjoying one of the townhomes outdoor spaces, you will be able to relax and unwind!
Upon entering the townhome you will notice the open floor plan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group. The first level offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, seating for 3 at the bar, seating for 4 at the kitchen table, a spacious living area with a large flat screen T.V., and a half bathroom. Off the family room, you will notice a large covered back deck area, with nothing behind you but views of the nature preserve! It is on this deck that you will find the townhomes laundry closet, and off the deck the home's private grill.
As you walk up the stairs to the second level, you will find two bedrooms. One with a king sized bed, and the other with one queen bed, and a set of twin over twin bunks. Both bedrooms offer their very own private balconies, to catch the sunset or the sunrise! There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway complete with large walk-in shower.
Whether you prefer hanging at the beach, one of the 2 community pools, the tennis courts, or just enjoy taking in the beautiful scenery along the neighborhoods nature trails, you are sure to be able to find something for everyone in your group to enjoy! Just one stay at Sola 5, and your family will know they have found their annual vacation destination!
