We really enjoyed our stay! Right across from the beach and close to many restaurants. I only wish we had more time there! Very comfy and clean. All you need to buy for your stay is groceries, and maybe some extra toilet paper but otherwise you have everything you need there! Extra beach chairs, umbrellas and towels too! My kids really enjoyed the salt water pool. Very peaceful quiet place. Hope to come back soon!

This was the first time using a VRBO. The location was close to where the rest of our family was staying. We only used it for overnights. However, when we returned about the third night (around 9:30pm), there was no electricity and we had to call the emergency number. We were fortunate that a private home was found for us to sleep that night. Evidently, there was a dispute whether the electric bill had been paid. I sincerely thought that we would have been offered some compensation for this inconvenience.

For the price, this is a great rental. The unit and building is a bit dated but is centrally located on the island, quiet, and has good management. I’d give a 5 stars if not for the old dirty carpet and lot of ants and other tiny bugs crawling around. p.s needs to have a key to unlock the interior doors in case a kid locks him/herself in.

Just as advertised: well equipped, plenty of room, short walk to beach, clean, well maintained pool. Scenic look out back of Sanibel Golf club 17th hole (which was fun to play, but why wasn't the main balcony facing the more scenic golf course instead of the street?). My wife had a great time shelling and scared an alligator from the patio, son and I had a good time biking around the numerous scenic bike paths. And did I say shells? More than you can possibly imagine. This is THE place for shelling. Iguanas, tiny lizards, and brown rabbits are plentiful, and so were insects, but oddly enough I got no mosquito bites. I think they really keep up de-bugging except for those teeny tiny black ones. But this IS the west coast, and if you detest bugs that badly stick with the east coast. Took the Key West Ferry to Key West for a day. Best place for eating was Island Cow. Don't expect a great pizza or calzone from either Island Pizza or Matzaluna. Ain't happening. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, would definitely stay here again.

I am disappointed in our stay on a number of levels. I contacted the property manager ahead of our stay to find out how porous surfaces were being sanitized in light of COVID-19. When I didn't receive a timely response, I reached out again. He said he never got my message (via VRBO) and asked what my question was. He never addressed this concern. When told the unit was quite dusty, he said they'd take care of it. No apology. No explanation. Baseboards, wall decor, pendant lights and more are quite dusty. Air conditioner filter is absolutely clogged and filthy. Master bedroom quilt and bedding smelled terrible and looked dirty. Definitely not for allergy sufferers.

After 30+ trips to Sanibel, this unit is the best we’ve experienced in this class. I had never heard of iTrip before. The entire process was extraordinarily efficient and arriving and departing not required to pickup nor drop off of keys and packets as with other agencies. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent decor and furnishings. Don’t care for shag carpet, but really not a problem. Recommend a better photo of the pool. Pool small but very clean and uncrowded. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay on Sanibel Island. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. We did experience some small ants in the kitchen. Contacted property manager and he responded quickly. Pool was nice and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Even with the Red Tide we still enjoyed sitting on the beach and collecting shells. There were many nice restaurants on the island. Our favorite was the Blue Giraffe. We can’t wait to spend more time on Sanibel Island.

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island and we had a blast. The condo was very nice, the only complaint would be that it is advertised as sleeping 6 but actually only sleeps 4. We are a family of 5 (3 grown children over 18). We had to call and get a roll-away bed delivered. It just would have been nice if that fact had been mentioned in condo description; there is only a Also, the kitchen could be stocked better; no pizza pans or cutter. But other than that, we completely enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's a nice, quiet building. The pool is nice and secluded from view. There are several iguanas that roam the property (so pretty!). You may see an alligator or two swimming in the canal to the back of the building. Laundry facility is located on ground level and is convenient; condo owners/maids provide a few detergent pods to do laundry and each load costs 75 cents in the washing machines, and I think $1.00 per drying load. To get to beach, you just have to cross street and cut through other resorts. Not a long walk at all. Beach area is very nice and clean; you can walk for a few miles to the west, not as far to the east but still a long walk! Keep in mind to have access to any other beaches on the island or on Captiva, you will be paying to have access, whether to park near them or to enter them, so having this FREE beach access across from condo is wonderful.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo made us feel right at home! We tend to got all all the different beaches on the island (Blind Pass, the Lighthouse, Bowmans and Gulf Side City beach), the one directly across from our condo was a favorite! The only things I feel we needed were a large sharp knife, a serrated knife and a crockpot! We also had to buy a kitchen trash can because the one there had 2 small trash cans - one for garbage & the other for recycling. We ended up using the new, larger in for trash am& the existing one for recycling. The beds were comfy as were the sofas! The coffee table was perfect for our jigsaw puzzle! All in all, we were highly satisfied & would love to stay there again!

The condo was lovely and it was great having the screened in porch. The condo is across the street from the beach so it's not a bad walk although we were hoping for a better view based on the pictures. The back of the complex where you go up the stairs or elevator is next to a canal. The only complaint we really had was spiders. The bug guy we ran into said it was normal but we had two nests of spiders hatch while we were in the condo and got bit up because one was in the master bed. We had to wash all the linens and buy spray to keep them at bay in the kitchen. The nightlife here is an older crowd but we had a ton of fun with Alec (the bartender) At the Jacaranda. It's a beautiful restaurant but in back there's a lounge with happy hour and dancing. We did the dolphin tour and shelling on Bowman. More of a relaxing vacay spot than a party place. :)

We had a super time in Sanibel and this condo was perfect for us as we had two teenage girls. The bedroom with their own bath was perfect. Close to beach, nice and quiet condo. They left soaps, dish soap, laundry soap, etc which was helpful after a long journey. Our Master Bath shower was lovely!

I was a little apprehensive in booking this place. Have always stayed in hotels or timeshares, not a place booked through homeaway.com. What an extremely pleasant experience! From the communication with the property manager to the stay in the condo, everything was beyond my expectations! The place is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need or imagine. I will definitely be returning here next year!

THE WIFI WAS EXCELLANT SERVICE. TEH BATHROOMS ERE SUPPLIED WELL WITH TOWELS AND GORGEOUS WALK IN SHOWER. WATER WAS HOT ENOUGH FOR SHOERS.. If you are looking for a great getaway in a charming condo, this is your place....We have so enjoyed ourselves here in this lovely town. Seeing all the nature there was just breathtaking......swam with dolphins just yards away....there is a short walk to the beach which was a little uncomfortable carrying coolers and chairs and umbrella's but we managed. Would have been nice to have beach chairs and umbrella's thrown in. The only thing negative I could say about the condo is the washer and dryer are downstairs and were a little bit of a hassle to go down to wash clothes, and the water pressure was really bad in the showers.....Other than that it was awesome......It is a really beautiful and tastefully decorated condo.....Loved the new kitchen!!! Great Place......We have decided we would love to retire here!! lol

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel. This condo was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The beds were great. The kitchen looks newly decorated, and we found everything that we needed was provided. This is a quiet complex, with a nice view of a golf course and lake out of the front door. The back patio does face Middle Gulf Drive, but the trees blocked most of that. The only problem we encountered was that the master bath sink would not drain. It was a hassle for the four of us to use 1 sink when trying to get ready. That should be easily fixed though. I would recommend this condo if you want a nice, quiet place to enjoy Sanibel.

My 3 children and I found the condo to be very comfortable. The furniture and decor is very nice. We felt at-home during our stay. The balcony was my favorite place to sit because of the comfortable chairs and the space it has. We saw a few ghost ants our first day and the contact responded immediately (and was very friendly). Ghost ants disappeared quickly! I was planning on not using the laundry facility because it was not in the unit. Since we encountered hot rainy days we needed to use it and found it to be just fine. Bring quarters though. We rented bikes and are glad we did because the beach is a bit of a walk for as often as we went to it each day. I wish the bike parking area was not right next to the garbage dumpster. The odor and cramped space was difficult. Maybe building a separate fenced area next to it would be nice. It is nice to have an elevator and grocery cart to bring up luggage and food. Though you get good exercise using the stairway! I loved the keyless entry!! Very, very quiet unit. I loved that at night! The pots and pans are okay. We found everything we needed. The appliances were in great working condition! Not many games or toys. It would have been nice to have camp style folding chairs for the beach that you could carry on your shoulder with a strap. It was a site to see I'm sure me balancing a fold-in-half beach chair while riding a bike! There are tennis courts but bring your own racket. Plenty of beach towels provided. The pool was nice. The view of the bay (out the front door) was beautiful? Too bad the balcony is not on that side. The view ,from the balcony, is of the top of a tree and partial pool. It felt secluded and safe. I really would rent here again and am thinking about it for next year. My children are 9, 12, and 18. We had no problems with biking, stairs, elevator, etc. The kids are a great age for this place. Thank you SandPebble Unit 3F! We had a memorable vacation!

We truly enjoyed our time in this condo and stayed here for one week in early August. Condo is very clean and has everything you need for a vacation with 2 Teenagers. Its across the street from the large Sundial development through which you can walk right to the beach. It backs up to a canal with lush landscaping and vegetation. The street is quiet and no problem to cross. We will be back, the owner was very helpful.

OMG!!! We loved it here!!! The place was beautiful and close to the beach. We loved the view to the Lake in the back. The only down fall for us, was the swimming pool; it could be better. There's always room for improvement and renovations. We are very meticulous and I have to say this place was really clean and well kept. Beautiful kitchen!!! We didn't need anything but food. The other beautiful thing we noticed were the pics around the place; to see family pics around made us feel just like home. We are so looking forward to come back in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing families to enjoy your beautiful place. May God continues to bless you abundantly!!!

The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Middle Gulf Dr. was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Periwinkle. There was no easy beach access without walking thru the parking lot of the resort across the street. The Wi-Fi signal was fair to poor, maximum of three bars if you were lucky. There was dog hair all over the condo especially the living room furniture. I am allergic to dogs and cats and had to spend the week sitting at the bar. I chose this place because it said no pets but it looked the owners had a large dog from all the pictures hanging on the walls and in the entertainment center.
