Located on the beautiful St. Pete Beach, Caprice Resort, is perfectly setup for your Florida vacation getaway. This modern building is located just four miles from John's Pass Village. Far enough to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment, and close enough that you can easily walk over to activities and some of the most wonderful restaurants in the area.

This first floor beachfront unit offers outstanding views of the beach, and overlooks the peaceful crystal clear heated pool and deck just below the balcony. The extra large private balcony area gives ample room to spread out and look out at the Gulf of Mexico and the amazing nightly sunsets.

I’ve been to St. Pete several times and this was our first stay at Caprice. It’s in a great location and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo is spacious and steps away from the water. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is small but is great when it’s windy and not a great beach day.

Caprice #105 was a great choice for us! This was a perfect location and the beach was beautiful! The condo was very comfortable. One need. The supply of kitchen basket trash bags was minimal (only 1 bag) so we used grocery bags from Publix, which are small for the basket. So suggest leaving more bags. My wife & I highly recommend your condo! Pete&Barb

Nice condo, great location right on the beach. Within walking distance to bars/restaurants. However, our vacation was disrupted by Hurricane Helene and we were forced to evacuate after only 2 days. Management team was great, communicating with us to make sure we were safe and refunding our remaining stay. Would definitely try to stay again in the future.

We loved staying here! This is the first place we have ever stayed at where we were total relaxed n didn't want to go anywhere. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. The apartment was perfect n has all the amenities. The pool was clean and warm. We would highly recommend staying here. I know we will be coming back again!!

105 Caprice is perfect for two people. The place is clean and decorated nicely. Because we are old school and have cable, we weren't used to the Roku TV; but after some time we figured it out. Laundry facilities were ok. Would prefer the washer/dryer to be in unit; but the coin operated ones were ok for the time. The beach and pool were great (right outside our place) and the balcony had a perfect view of the beach/ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the condo was very nice. We enjoyed the layout of the unit and the spectacular view from the balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. However, there was no bathroom fan and it got very hot and steamy in there after every shower. Also, there were no guides for the TVs in the living room and bedroom. It took us days before we could navigate the two different remotes. If those issues were fixed, I'd say the place was excellent.

Our trip was wonderful. Place was as advertised. Added bonus with the chairs and umbrella. Location is great. Only issue was the beach restoration for the entire week. This should have been mentioned when booking. The beach at the condo was not accessible which was a bummer.

Condo was very clean, access to the pool and beach was super convenient! The office employee was wonderful and very pleasant. We felt very safe. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The condo furniture could really be updated or replaced. The leather on the sectional is worn and looks dirty. The center seat cushion slides into pull out bed. The faucet on the kitchen sink needs to be tightened, it was very loose at the base. The bedroom mattress needs replaced as well. It wasn’t comfortable at all.

The unit was exactly as it was described. Beachfront property within walking distance to everything you would want. Unit had everything we needed; some might call it dated but it had a definite beach vibe and all furniture fit the condo layout perfectly! Only in suggestion: a nonslip tub mat since the tub was a little slick. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and its location was its best feature!

We have stayed in many spots in Treasure island and St. Pete Beach. This unit is one of the very best. It is the biggest one bedroom, brightest and cleanest I have stayed in with a large balcony with a spot for 4 to eat comfortable, overlooking the pool and beach. So, literally, I can sip a glass of wine while watching my little one and husband at the pool. At night it is very quiet since the location is toward the end of the beach plus we walked to great restaurants and beach spots that are family friendly. There is a great set of grills and outdoor eating ares as well overlooking the gulf!! I want to come back with just the gals to be able to hit some of the more fun adults spots also right down the beach and we would not even need a car. So, that's the great location.. but inside is also stunning. It is spacious, comfortable and properly updated and very well stocked. My Mom visited as well and also loved being on the first floor only one flight up since the elevator is quite slow. All in all, It was heaven!

This is the largest, well stocked and cleanest beachfront, one bedroom unit I have ever stayed in! It was great for our family and will be great for us as a couple when we return. This condo is so wonderfully decorated with a contemporary beachy vibe. The balcony was our favorite place with an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico and glittering pool lights at night! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very bright, new and served us well. The location was the BEST... we walked to everything up St.Pete Beach (and Woodys) and it was still private enough for quiet time too. Thanks again.... oh, and it was spotless-ly clean. I hope we can come back soon.

Great one bedroom condo with the beach right outside the patio. Super clean, modern and exactly as pictured. Beach is clean, lots of close places to eat and a quick drive to Johns Pass. Would rate as 4.5 stars with the only small issue - arriving after 11pm and had troubles getting into the building due to a locked front entrance and cable tv wasn’t working in the bedroom. Great experience, mgt communicates well and is very quick to respond.

The room was comfortable with a great view of beach. The resort was not crowded so the pool was not crowded. If it had been full it could have been a noisy room as we were directly over the pool. There are condos that see the fantastic sunsets but 105 is not one of them. You can sit in beach chairs at the resort in a gated portion of the beach and view the sunsets. We were able to walk to all resteraunts (within a mile) so a car is not necessary. They have a van called "free beach rides" and an airport shuttle service available. We loved the key lime pie at Rick's Reef. We loved the craft beers at TAPZ. Better than Mastry Brewery. Hamburgers at Willys are the best and the coffee and breakfast at Il Casa il Pane. We missed the dolphin and shell search because of rough water.

We stayed 2 weeks at Caprice and it was perfect. The pool was clean & warm. Its right on the beach but private and secure. Its located on a quiet street off from busy Gulf Blvd. but an easy walk to numerous restaurants. The property is well maintained as was our condo. The private balcony was another plus. Comfortable bed. Spacious unit, bright & cheery. We can't wait to go back next year!

Please be sure to let renters know that there are large rocks blocking beach view. We were aware we were above the pool but it was loud. Couldn’t find garbage area outside I would clean condo a little more. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Thanks! There are some large rocks placed temporarily on the beach that the County is using to create a natural beach stability barrier. The work should be completed in 2018, and has not been a disturbance to our Guests (other than being within the view that this Guest mentioned).

As soon as I pulled up I knew this place was for us... right on the beach with such a private, upscale feel. We walked to all the beachy restaurants, tiki bars and nice Corey Ave shoppes and also had peace and quiet! The pool area has space to stretch out and relax. I loved the tables with umbrellas.. yes.. we had to do work while away. The unit feels like home with so much space. It was clean and very well cared for. The colors were bright and the private balcony was HUGE with its own table and chairs and lounge. WE liked the new big TVs but did not use them much due to the gorgeous outside environment. The bed was also super comfy. WE will return and soon to Caprice 105!
