From its Spacious Private 3rd Floor Screened Balcony, you get a Treetop View as Pleasure Boats come & go out to the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) at Mile Marker 315. Sit at the Bar Height Table, (no railing obstructing your view), enjoy your coffee in the mornings & a glass of wine in the evenings. Bring out your dog & both of you can appreciate that Fresh Salt Air that is so Relaxing. Southern Exposure allows you to enjoy both the Sunrise & Sunset.

This Villa features a Unique Option with the 3rd Bedroom as a “Lockout” or Attached Studio Suite.  Condo Rules
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. 
3. Please keep dogs off of the furniture. Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 60lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged.
4. Children must be watched at all times.
5. No unregistered guests allowed. 
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 
7. Please respect the noise curfew which is 11pm. 
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out.  (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag, extras under sink) 
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. When on Oak Island no climbing on Beach Dunes, stay on designated paths. 
16. ***If there are any personal items left behind and you would like us to ship back, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the shipping cost***

Stella Marina is an excellent condo for a chill, week long experience. It has everything that you would need as far as extra linens and pillows and the kitchen is well stocked with almost anything to fit any chefs style or needs for cooking. The only recommendations are to have more towels in the bathrooms. There was only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes per each bathroom and then one hand towel and one dish cloth in the kitchen for the entire week. Overall, we will visit again!!!!

I wish I could give this rental more than 5 stars. Our expectations were exceeded. Location is wonderful, it is gated and we felt very safe. The neighborhood alone was beautiful. Our view was top tier, got to see the beautiful Marina. Waking up everyday we got to see the beautiful boats in the water and we took gorgeous photos during golden hour. There’s also a restaurant nearby that we didn’t end up going to but very convenient. Next time we stay we certainly will be trying it out. Just a short drive to the beach and the access to the beach club with the pool was also a nice perk. I would love to stay here again next year. Would recommend to any family or friends so for sure would tell anyone to try it! Also, I really appreciated anytime we had questions they were easily and quickly answered by texting our support person. Special shout to Louis. Thank you for making our trip memorable because we got to focus on having fun and relaxing versus worrying about anything that had to do with our rental. Breath of fresh air! Five STARS!
