The Beautiful Name of Stella Marina is the Italian word for Sea Star (Star Fish). It matches the Beauty of the Villa & its Marina & Intracoastal Waterway Views. From its Spacious Private 3rd Floor Screened Balcony, you get a Treetop View as Pleasure Boats come & go out to the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) at Mile Marker 315. Sit at the Bar Height Table, (no railing obstructing your view), enjoy your coffee in the mornings & a glass of wine in the evenings. Bring out your dog & both of you can appreciate that Fresh Salt Air that is so Relaxing. Southern Exposure allows you to enjoy both the Sunrise & Sunset.

The Quiet St. James Community offers Many Amenities to take advantage of on your Beach Getaway. There is Parking for 3 in front of the building for easily unloading your vacation essentials. At the Marina, within Walking Distance is Shopping, a Pharmacy, a Ship’s Store & the Beacon 315 restaurant, with a Tropical Bar, serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Transient Docking is available at the Marina. Woodlands Park has Nature & Biking Trails - keep your eyes out for a variety of Wildlife to enjoy watching on these trails; Waterfront Park (within Walking Distance) has a Covered Picnic area with Grills, Kayak Launch, Bocce Ball, Volleyball, Playground, Fitness Trails & Fishing Pier over the ICW with a Gazebo; Southport & Oak Island offer Boat, Kayak & Bike Rentals. The Primary Bedroom has Marina Views, a Private Sliding Glass Door Access to the Balcony, King Bed, TV, Dresser/2 Closets, EnSuite with a Double Vanity, Wall Mounted Hair Dryer, Garden Tub & Walk-In Shower. Bedroom #2 has a Twin over Double Bunkbed, TV, Dresser/Closet & a Bath across the hall with a Tub/Shower Combination. Being Kid-Friendly includes a Highchair, Kid-Friendly Dishware & a Pack n Play. This Villa features a Unique Option with the 3rd Bedroom as a “Lockout” or Attached Studio Suite. There is an interior adjoining door into the main villa that locks from both sides for Privacy & also a Separate Entrance outside. This is the Perfect Solution for 2 Families vacationing together. This Studio Bedroom features a Queen Bed, Closet/Dresser, Bath (Tub/Shower), Bistro Table & a Kitchenette with Microwave, under the counter Refrigerator, Toaster & Drip Coffee Maker. All 3 Bedrooms have a Yogasleep Dohm White Noise Sound Machine with Soothing Ambient Sounds of Rushing Air. In the Main Villa there is a Laundry Closet with Full-Sized Washer/Dryer & an Iron/Ironing Board.

With the Kitchen/Dining/Living Area Open Concept, everyone gets to be together while enjoying their own activities. The Living Area gets Natural Light from the Sliding Glass Door to the Balcony. With 2 Sofas & a Chair, there is Plenty of Comfortable Seating to watch your favorite shows or a movie on the Large Screen Smart TV with YouTube TV Extended Cable. The Large Coffee Table is the place to put together a Puzzle or play one of the Several Games provided. The Gas Fireplace easily gives you Ambiance any time of year. There are Mesh Routers for Uninterrupted & Faster Streaming Speeds for all your devices. The Dining Area is close to the Kitchen for quick serving & cleanup.  Condo Rules
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. 
3. Please keep dogs off of the furniture. Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 60lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged.
4. Children must be watched at all times.
5. No unregistered guests allowed. 
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 
7. Please respect the noise curfew which is 11pm. 
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out.  (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag, extras under sink) 
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. When on Oak Island no climbing on Beach Dunes, stay on designated paths.
