A "Folly" Good Time Again!

As before, the condo was perfect. Clean, fully equipped for a wonderful stay; not to mention the view of the river and marsh. Near Charleston, ocean, and many local attractions. We enjoyed many bike rides over the walking bridge to the beautiful beach and through the town. Do yourself a favor when you rent this condo and make sure to visit Folly Beach County Park. Gorgeous!

Please note following issues given price point: 1. Exterior door hinge needs fixing as door drags on deck 2. W-D 40 for all squeaky door hinges 3. Freezer not properly tempeture 4. Floors were not the cleanest esp given we had little children 5. Windows have not been cleaned in very long time 6. Air vents rusted and loose. Children were able to remove them. Thank you

The condo has great decor. We loved the location being on the quiet end of pcb. Itrips does a wonderful job of getting instructions to you for check in, during stay communication, and follow up of stay after departing from location. Amber with itrips was great with communication. It was nice having someone to text if needed. I will book again through itrips.

This was a friend trip and we have to say we had a great time the home. It was easy to get to,very cozy and clean would rent again. We had 5 adults and accommodated them very nicely enjoyed all rooms but loved sunroom! Thank you,

We have stayed in these properties several times and have always been pleased with the amenities and location. This time was the first time, however, that there was no access to local tv, which we like when we’re in town. It did not effect the enjoyment of our trip and we would stay here again!
