Property features include two Queen size bedrooms on the first floor with a shared full bath, living area with a TV, sleeper futon, and a kitchenette! The second floor offers a Queen size bedroom with ample closet space and a large double sink shared bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and essentials for your stay! The kitchen island has a 4 burner electric stove and 4 bar stools for extra seating. The dining area has seating for 4 and beautiful views of the ocean. There is a TV lounge located on the second floor as well! The living area is surrounded by glass windows that offer guests the chance to really take in the beautiful and breathtaking views of the ocean. We want our guests to enjoy the relaxing lifestyle they deserve at Ocean Front Serenity. So grab your cup of coffee or a glass a wine, your favorite book, and sit back and take in the calming and serene experience right in front of you.

The outdoor area is surrounded by majestic Live Oaks, Palmettos, and other indigenous plant life. The front yard has a large circular driveway so there's plenty of room if you'd like to take your boat while visiting with us. The backyard is our favorite spot! Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and birds while you sit back and have a cocktail in the rear outside bar, pull up a beach chair on the sand while the waves roll into you, or throw in your lucky fishing pole with your favorite lure to catch dinner! Kayaking and paddle boarding are what us locals love to take advantage of in the calming ocean here on Coffin Point.

**Coffin Point Swimming access point (<10 minutes walking or just a few minutes by car/golf cart), is a fantastic place to fish, kayak/canoe, collect oyster shells, build sand castles, sun bathe, and taking long peaceful walks. While swimmers may want to use caution due to oyster beds in the water, these beds are a unique feature that are fascinating to explore. With all the peaceful and serene surroundings here at you'll love visiting the area. It is the perfect vacation to relax, enjoy the beach, and have fun with family and friends!**
