This wonderful Oceanview condominium on the private gated community of Harbor Island is the perfect beach vacation spot for your family. This 2 bedroom and 2 full baths first floor end unit has incredible ocean and pool views right from your living room and private balcony. You can keep a close eyes on the kids enjoying the pool from the comfort of the back deck. Early risers will gravitate to the sitting area on the balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with the ocean view and the sounds of the surf! The unit is conveniently located to all amenities on Harbor Island. Enjoy beautiful days at the beach, resort pools, tennis and basketball courts, all within walking distance! You will also be given a Hunting Island State Park/ Beach pass during your stay with us, it is only a few minute ride from Harbor Island. Harbor Island is a gated community, it is close to Downtown Beaufort, and Port Royal. You'll feel close to everything yet secluded on your private island vacation! One free parking pass to gain access to Harbor Island is included with the reservation.

The King master bedroom is spacious and has a flat screen TV with cable, large closet, and a full bathroom. The second master bedroom features a Queen/ Twin bunk bed and Twin trundle bed, flat screen cable TV , and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary kitchen essentials for you to use during your stay! There is an in unit washer and dryer located next to the kitchen for your convenience. The dining room table has plenty of room for family meals or a quick snack before heading back to the beach. Its also a great place to enjoy family game nights!

The living area has beautiful views right from your couch! You'll be able to check out the scenery right outside your sliding doors, while enjoying some R&R with the family. Enjoy family movies with the DVD player, watch cable TV, or stream your favorite shows or movies on the large Smart TV! The balcony is a perfect place to sit and talk about the long hard day you had at the beach. Take your after dinner drinks out to the balcony and enjoy the ocean views! There is a Queen size sleep sofa bed in the living area as well.

The unit did not have a mattress on the sofa bed and the sofa was very lumpy and low to sit on. There was an internet outage that took out the Nest thermostat and we had no air for over 24 hours it took over 24 hours for the problem to be addressed.

Our stay was most enjoyable in every way. Easy booking, clean and beautiful unit and helpful representatives. Loved the privacy and vibe of the Island, no big crowds or traffic. Shopping and Restaurants are minutes away. Great location to Island hop or visit to Beaufort, Savannah or Hilton Head.

We stayed at M118 at Harbor Island. The place was perfect! The view was wonderful. It was well stocked. The tv and wi fi was great! The only complaint is the most uncomfortable couch I ever sat on, and the twin beds weren’t comfortable either. But I would highly recommend this place for the location with local restaurants right around the corner.

We had a wonderful experience while staying at Harbor Island M118. It exceeded all our expectations and more. The entire process from planning our trip and where we were going to stay from arriving back home was the smoothest process. We had everything we needed right there in our condo. It was very convenient to be able to walk just a short distance and be on the beach. The grounds and the condos are well maintained and everyone was very friendly. I can’t say enough good at this place and the condo, yes we will be back and stay there again!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This is the third year for our "girls beach trip" with my 2 adult daughters, my granddaughter and myself. And our second year that we have stayed here. With only a couple minor issues this time, we plan on always staying here at this condo. We love that the walk to the beach is close and the pool. We love the layout of the condo. We are so glad that we discovered Harbor Island!

We did have a couple of issues this year. The unit wasn't cleaned like previously. Especially the floors in bathrooms. Also the latch on sliding doors was broken and a broom handle was used to keep it closed. The runners on the sliding door was filthy.

Skeptical & pleasantly surprised!

I’ll start with the fact that I was very skeptical because I’d never heard of iTrip. We quickly started feel it was on the up & up by the number of reassuring emails from the company. From the check in procedures to emails regarding how far the closest grocery store was, iTrip provided excellent communication. We arrived to find a gate pass ready with our name on it. The condo was about 300 steps to the beach with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, and beach chairs. With the exception of 2 things, I would have given this 5 stars instead of 4 stars. 1-The towel bundle didn’t make sense (2 towels, 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth). I don’t mind reusing a towel but a wash cloth?! Yuck! I used the washing machine, which was nicely supplied w/4 detergent tablets. 2-Either the owners or a previous guest had a dog or cat in the condo. Our socks were coated in fur after walking on the rug & the couch had several stray hairs. All in all, we would stay again and felt the condo was a good value for the location and amenities.
