NEW! Welcome to Plum Cozy Cabin! This beautiful cabin sits on top of Lookout Mountain, with a screened-in porch, outdoor seating area and fire pit to enjoy the peaceful setting. Inside, all the amenities of home will make for an easy and comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped for making a meal or enjoying takeout from some wonderful nearby restaurants. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch, then come back to relax after a day of hiking or exploring the local attractions.

This cabin has very comfortable sleeping arrangements; the ground floor master bedroom has a queen bed; the sofa also has a queen pullout (with new mattress!), and there are two twin beds beds in the loft. The master bedroom and living room have streaming ready tv’s, and the loft area has viewing access to the living room tv. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and other appliances to make meals a breeze – including a Keurig coffee pot/single serve, waffle-maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, and an array of pots and pans. And, whether you’re enjoying a takeout meal from local restaurants or cooking a meal yourself, the kitchen has all the basics to make grocery shopping less stressful. You’ll find stocked items that include coffee, creamer, tea, hot chocolate, pancake/waffle mix, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, cooking oil/spray, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc. There is seating for four in the kitchen and outdoor seating on the enclosed porch for four also.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels for your stay. Paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. We recommend you bring any additional or special items you may need.

MAINTENANCE
Report any maintenance needs to the Agent who will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.

NONSMOKING
Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited. Tenant will forfeit any deposit and be subject to a $500 fine due to smoking/vaping being found.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, allowed.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in designated homes and should be included in initial booking, or subsequent updates. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

POOL, HOT TUB & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a pool and/or hot tub, no lifeguard is on duty, the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur. Diving, horseplay or running is prohibited.  No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer.

Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, hot tub, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association, or iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties/events allowed; small family/friend celebrations possible but must inquire in advance. Tenant’s immediate removal and forfeit of rental fee and security deposit for: Exceeding maximum occupancy; any illegal activity; damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises. Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

TENANT
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or Georgia may result in removal and forfeit of rental fees and security/damage deposits.

The above are all causes for removal and forfeit of fees and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests, thereby exposing you to potential liability.

Fantastic relaxing getaway

Plum cozy cabin is perfect for a getaway with a small group. Very nicely appointed with everything you need for a relaxing weekend in a quiet, private setting. Easy access to cloudland canyon state park, rock city, ruby falls, Chattanooga, and all the other lookout mountain attractions. We spent lots of time out doing things but the back porch and firepit could fill a whole weekend if you were so inclined. The laundry room is a very nice bonus.

I took it on a whim to book this cabin with not much reviews about it. Well to our surprise this was under new management and we were to be their first renters. The owners communicated very timely and nicely about our impending stay. Was unsure of how it would be but we was BLOWN away!! The cabin was immaculately cleaned, very neatly remodeled and furnished with up to date decor. Very comfy homey feeling as soon as you walk thru the door. The owners surprised us with tons of amenities included from cooking ingredients, grab and go snacks, beverages, ingredients for pancake breakfast, and even a gift for us celebrating our 15th wedding Anniversary. There was so many things to see and you could tell they took time to think about all the little details like a children’s corner, blankets, towels, creamer, condiment packets, laundry essentials, q-tips, etc. We loved the coffee bar, hot chocolate bar and also popcorn with seasonings. The bedrooms were nicely dressed with pillows, blankets and clean linens. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, washcloths and even provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The outside screened porch was amazing with hammock swing, seating area for lounging or eating bar, outdoor game supplies and a relaxing atmosphere with lighting for relaxation. We were so happy to see a lounging area outside with chairs around a fire pit which we enjoyed on a cool night. All in all, this stay blew me away & we enjoyed every minute of it. We will be booking again!
