The primary bedroom has a gorgeous, attached full bath with a sunken tub and double vanity while the other two bedrooms share another full bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the second floor near the bedrooms. There will be laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each full bathroom. The bed set up is

Please bring your passwords for your apps. In the garage you'll find beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler as well as kids toys, a pack n play, baby gate, highchair, 4 bikes (2 adults and 2 kids) with helmets and a pump.
It is conveniently located just minutes from Jungle Jim's Waterpark and Downtown Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk. It's a short drive north (approximately 6 miles) to historic downtown Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry.

DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Every day of your stay, your group has access to one pass per

Frequently Asked Questions
- Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
- Linens and Towels: Please bring your own. We supply pillows and blankets. All mattresses have pads. If you wish to rent linens and towels or additional chairs and umbrellas etc, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.
- Wifi & Passwords: Passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions. Sometimes you can find the PW on the router.
- Smoking: Absolutely no smoking ANYTHING in the home. If you smoke outside the home, please be sure to pick up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. Evidence of smoking anything inside the house or on the patio will incur extra cleaning fees.
- Kitchen & Baths: The kitchen is well stocked with all essentials to cook for the advertised occupancy. Basic starters and spices and paper goods will be there. Please bring extra garbage bags, napkins, paper towels and toilet paper as well as any special spices or oils you may wish to use for cooking. Hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
- Pets: No pets are allowed by tenants.
- Cleaning Supplies: There are cleaning supplies such as brooms, vacuum cleaners, sponges.
- Coffee Makers: Drip / K cup.
- Washer and Dryer: The washer and dryer are on the second floor near the bedrooms. There will be detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.
- Baby Equipment Supplied: baby gate, pack n play and highchair.
- Keys: There is a digital day and time sensitive lock. Instructions are given when the balance is paid.
- Cancellation: Most policies are strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
- Parking: Please park in the driveway or garage. There is no parking on the street. Additional parking is available within walking distance to the house.
- BBQ: A Weber propane barbecue is provided along with tools and cleaning supplies as well as an extra tank. Please clean up after yourselves to avoid extra fees. .
- Garbage: Thursday is garbage day. Please put your garbage out Wednesday night. Please use ties on your bags and deposit it into the container. If there is a posted schedule, please follow it.
- Please keep the temperature between 68 and 72 and keep the windows and doors closed.
- Check In / Check Out: 4p / 11a. Please try not to arrive early or stay late without written consent from management. The cleaners have priority.
- When you check out, please return anything you moved to its original position including all interior or exterior furniture, pillows, games, and especially the REMOTE CONTROLS. Please sign out of your apps. Please check that windows are closed and that the AC is set to 72.
- IMPORTANT: Please do not have anything shipped to this property unless the delivery service will drop it AT THE DOOR. Otherwise, it will wind up in the mailbox and not retrievable for weeks.
