All public beaches, beach parking, beach restrooms, and condominium pools are open with CDC Social Distancing Guidelines are enforced. There is a mandatory indoor mask ordinance in place in Pinellas County.

We have implemented extra cleaning procedures for every arrival including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces. If there are any specific questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask!

What an amazing vacation!! Stayed a month and hated to leave!! The property owners were on top of everything. Very quick to respond to any text or email!! The property.. well, I'm not sure how it could be any better! The views were amazing, the townhome was supplied with everything you could possibly need from kitchen utensils to beach toys and chairs. The home is very nicely decorated and so much room for our family! We had such a great time, we will definitely be back!

We stayed at 224 Sunset Reef in Nov 2017 and had a wonderful time. Our kids (& grandkids) joined us for 2 weeks of our 5 week stay and there was lots of room for our party of 7 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy with a TV in each room. The laundry was in a convenient location on the 3rd floor, right near the bedrooms. The kitchen was wonderful to work in and was indeed stocked with all you would need to create your favourite meals. The Great Room was also spacious and had glorious views of the ocean from every window. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table on the first floor and we made use of all the sand toys and beach chairs available. The extra fridge on the first floor was a great asset. The unit has an elevator, which was so great to get the groceries up to the kitchen or the luggage up to the bedrooms. The master suite on the top floor was huge with a large walk-in closet, a vanity, a lovely bathroom with tub and shower. The deck off the master bedroom was wonderful. It would have been great to have some shade up there during the hot afternoons and perhaps the owners will consider that for the future. We used the pool and it was great too! Thanks goes our to Liz and Charles from iTrip for their help with booking the condo and answering all our questions. We will definitely consider renting this space again.

Rented Sunset Reef 224 for July and it was great! Large unit with four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths. Plenty of room for large families or even two families. The unit was well-equipped and in great condition. Furniture and decor is not top-end, but perfect for the beach. Complex is quiet with a great pool area and wonderful people. Beach is steps away and generally quiet, with the exception of a large crowd on July 4 - but the town's fireworks were no more than 100 yards from the unit. Only challenge was the spiral staircase that runs the entire four floors, but an elevator is available for luggage transport and to accommodate special needs. Several good restaurants in walking distance, along with a 7-Eleven for convenience items. Would definitely recommend to large groups or anyone looking for a large unit with great views in a quiet community. We'll be back!

Just back from a month long vacation at Sunset Reef on Redington Beach - beautiful condo great location! The condo was beautiful lots of space and excellent appliances/well stocked kitchen!! Everything we needed and the response time on requests was immediate and considerate. Would definitely stay here again - loved the pool and the access to beach plus the covered tables provided excellent relief midday :) great for couples vacation as 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms so lots of room:) elevator right in condo perfect for luggage and groceries!

First off, I'd like to touch on the impeccable customer attention. Charles and Liz were very good communicators—an invaluable trait in rental property owners. They were very careful to listen to our needs and provide the most relevant and helpful information in a timely manner. In other words, if we had a question, they had an answer/solution within a short period of time. Next, the property. To call it jaw-dropping or luxurious would be a disservice to the space. This penthouse is so nice that I struggled to go outside, even considering that the beach is at its foot. The four-floor condo gave everyone enough space that they felt comfortable and had their own privacy. That is not to say that we were relegated to our own little sanctuaries, however. The space is very conducive to group living. We spent most of our time in and around the kitchen (yes, we love food too), and on the balconies overlooking the gulf. Its location to the beach—literally RIGHT out the door—made beach-going convenient and effortless. We came and went as we pleased, not having to pack everything up in case someone needed to go back. The beach (and surrounding community for that matter) are nice and quiet. This is very suited for families and mature vacationers who aren't looking to relive Spring Breaks from yesteryear. This place is worlds classier than that. I couldn't recommend this place more highly to anyone who is interested. If you're on the fence, book it and thank me (and Charles and Liz) later. :) -Tyler McCloskey
