Pros: 1. Great location 2. Newly renovated property 3. Private access to beach Can be better: [minor add-ons to make it a WOW experience] 1. Stock kitchen with salt, pepper, oil 2. Put floor mats in bathroom atleast 3. Printout or communicate check out instructions 4. Waiting period for lift can be long during peak hours

AWESOME place to stay!!!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and the beds are really comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the 'shared' dock too, watching ducks, turtles, and other birds/wildlife. Planning to come back in a few months when it's warmer. Situated right next to, and has access to the perfect swimming cove (deep water). If you are looking for a relaxing getaway in Austin, this is IT!!!!!

We had a lovely time at San Carlos 1408. The unit was clean and well maintained with amazing views of the gulf in a great location. Weather was perfect and beach attendant Forrest was awesome! One suggestion is to have beach towels available for the guests. They are big and bulky and not easy to pack. We do recommend staying at this condo.

Our stay was excellent! The view is hard to beat and the condo met our needs. The area is quiet and the beach is just a few steps away. Shopping, restaurants and other facilities are close by. The bus stop is right in front of the building. Whenever we had a concern, Jessica and Tony were quick to respond. Because of our positive experience, we have already booked to return next year.
