OUTDOOR SPACE
This beautiful condo boasts a north-facing patio with stunning views of the lake. The patio features dining al fresco for six adults under a covered patio.. The patio is equipped with two chaise lounges, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying breathtaking views of Mount San Jacinto. A four-burner barbecue is available for guest use. The gated community of Lake Mirage offers tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a fitness room. During the cooler months, Saltwater pool located at the Clubhouse (#11) and spa are heated for the enjoyment of guests.
INTERIOR SPACE
The living room offers an upgraded experience, featuring a sectional sofa, a gorgeous coffee table, and a beautifully designed fireplace. Enjoy your favorite TV shows or sports events on a 65-inch TV with a Sonos soundbar. For your entertaining needs, a wet bar is conveniently located in the living room. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, which includes a table that seats six adults and is flooded with natural sunlight from the atrium. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your meal prep needs and features a breakfast table for four, along with ample counter space for cooking. The kitchen has been updated with new countertops and stainless steel appliances. The property also includes a full-size washer and dryer and a two-car garage.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a 65-inch Smart TV, offering stunning views of the lake through large sliding doors. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, dual sinks, a makeup station, and a large closet. Guest bedroom #1 features a queen bed and a generous closet, along with an en-suite bathroom that has a tub-shower combination. Guest bedroom #2 features two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed, and it also boasts an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Maximum OCCUPANCY limit is provided in the property listing. Two people per bedroom.
No excessive or unreasonable NOISE is allowed beyond the property. If a complaint is received by the management company, the guests may be required to vacate the property. The City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) and musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in a citation, fines, and removal from the property.
One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire prior to booking. For pet friendly properties please disclose if you will be bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable pet fee of $250 is required. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fee of $500.
SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property. Any smoke smell or odor found post departure authorizes the property management company to remediate the smoke smell, and the main guest will incur a fee of $2,000 for remediation.
UNINTENTIONAL / ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE must be reported to the property management company. Accidental or unintentional property damage is covered up to $1,500 by Limited Damage Waiver Fee included in your booking fee. If accidental damage is not reported during the stay, it will be treated as intentional damage and the cost of the damage will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.
POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of Pool, Spa, and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.
POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27-day or longer stays from October through April. Pool heating may be added to your booking please reach out to us for pool heat inquiries and rates.
Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500.
AFTER booking confirmation, the property manager may request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in. Main guest may be required to sign and execute additional agreements including HOA Rules prior to check in.
HOLD HARMLESS - Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
