Danny & Cheryl, Thank you for a wonderful stay. I believe this makes our 18th vacation to Mad Beach. All but two of those have been to Skyline of Madeira. This was our first to The Perky Pelican. Loved the location. However this unit needs just a few little tweaks… one club chair and one dining chair has loose legs. The master bedroom curtains are not big enough to cover the whole window. Half are curtains and the other half are just sheers.. no filtered light.

Wonderful experience in every way. Great location. Like new, spotless and roomy. Everything needed for cooking meals and excellent, spacious kitchen. Quick walk to beach and easy drive to numerous St. Augustine activities. Great family place!

Highly recommend! Will definitely be back! Fantastic location, great communication, condo just as described and shown in pictures, clean and well stocked! The complimentary coffee was delicious (I went to Kookaburra to buy some!) Great view of sunrise and close walk to beach! We walked to dinner (and ice cream)! Thank you for a great stay! ❤️

Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Resort was never to crowded, plenty of loungers. We had an issue with the AC unit and someone was there within the hour and got it fixed. Would stay here again!
