This is a GREAT place to stay! A little off the beaten path but the extra steps helped given how much we ate. The back balcony is very private and big enough for both shade/sun depending on what you want. Definitely time for a new shower head, but that was the only thing that wasn't A++. Highly recommend!

Condo was nice, was like in pictures. Our only complaint would be that no notice that there were 50,000 plus people going to be there that week. Roads were shut down for the route to go pretty much anywhere. Very disappointing that we did not know. We would have scheduled a different week. Our building was taken over by very young (maybe 20 year olds).

Peaceful and Pleasant Stay

Loved our place! It is a quiet and peaceful community. The condo was a great space for us (me and my husband). Loved having a great coffee shop right across the road. A short drive into St. Augustine and over to the St. Augustine beach, but also a short walk right to the beach from our place. Would stay there again!

2nd time staying here we absolutely ❤️❤️ this place. Walk right out to the beach it’s like your own little paradise. The room is perfect for a small family. Whitney is awesome as well was there to help with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed in 1701 Sanibel, in Gulf Shores, for our vacation. We loved the unit. It had beautiful views of the beach and the lagoon. The floor to ceiling windows were awesome. The balcony had plenty of room. We loved how nice it was decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would come back again.
